Very cozy time! I think the little characters are a clever addition. I was super stoked to place a bunch of trees and 5+ green guys appeared.

Oh man, thanks! I follow you on insta so this made me double happy to read.

Thanks! I really appreciate the review. I actually originally wanted to add some simple objects like Unpacking or similar games but ran out of time. Going to seriously consider fleshing this one out a bit more for a little steam game. Cheers!

Wow, thanks so much James! I really, really appreciate the kind words.

I see you went all in that tree! Love how you stacked it up haha

Really cool twist on a incremental based on the jam theme. Great art style and overall style!

Very interesting idea. I could imagine expanding this into with different tile types and enemies like Slay the Spire. Overall really fun

At first it felt really nice! But then after 11 waves I started to feel like every enemy felt a bit similar and we're just sprite swaps. The enemies all seemed to spawn from the same areas as well.

A nice retro vibe with some fun gameplay. I did fail to ever properly save my lil' guys though which was likely me failing to read the tutorials. The character controller felt a little awkward but overall it was fun to try!

Unfortunately, while the game has a really nice style it kept crashing and I was unable to complete the initial level. Once I fell out of the vent and approached the computer / terminal it crashed.

Really interesting puzzles and fun theme. The visuals are a tad simple but overall really fun and impressive for the 48 hour time constraint!

Thanks for the details review and kind words. I agree with all the feedback points and would definitely be implementing them if I return to this project.

A lot of fun to play and was exciting to see each new item I would be unlocking. The level design and overall polish was really on point. Well done!

Thanks! I have been noticing some puzzle design issues on my end where sometimes I did not give a fair amount of time for the player to react.

Feels really polished and plays well. I liked all the feedback from smashing blocks and I felt like it presented new challenges with a nice pace.

As a web developer by day it was fun to experience what my pm does all day long just slinging tasks. A lot of fun and unique presentation with the office space and kan ban board ui. Well done!

Thanks for taking the time to play!

Thanks for taking the time to try out the game and providing feedback!

Thanks for the feedback! I could have face palmed when reading your note on the restart button. Definitely a must-have.

Unique presentation / style. A bit eerie to play but I am not a horror fan.

Unique idea with a colorful style. I was able to get most of the bathroom cleaned up.

I got a 21. Probably not the best. Overall fun and unique idea with a style that reminded me of old flash games in a the best way.

Tried the 1-player mode and really liked it. The art style is great and the gameplay feels smooth. I could see more game modes and goblins designs making this a solid full game / party game.

(1 edit)

I was able to play the game (You should be able to open the .exe file in the folder). The first two times it opened the building loaded a little late and I was stuck falling. Once I got it to load without this issue I was able to give it a proper go. I ended up getting stuck before getting all the gizmos - likely a skill issue on my end.  Also, the sound fxs were great!

Having trouble playing the windows build. Looks to be a Unity game but not exe file to open

The art style is a lot of fun. I loved how frustrating the mouse movement was and that there is an upgrade to make using the computer faster. I did not understand the map what I was looking at with the map at first until I actually moved it around.

Interesting concept with Binky following you around. Is had a hard time seeing the level exit at first and had trouble with movement in some parts. Overall impressive for the time frame!

Fun concept and impressive in the time it was made. Sorry you all had to pivot late!

I love this art style. The core mechanic is super polished!

Very fun but also a little too difficult at the start (for me). I think if there was a little more FOV would do the trick. The upgrading system was fun and had me wanting to play another round.

I really like the style and theming. The white rounded frame is a nice touch.

Gameplay has potential but it seemed like there was not a lot of smaller things to suck up. I played for 5-10 minutes and only was ever able to suck up the small potted plant. I did see the upgrade option but needed $50 to be able to get that upgrade. I was excited to suck up cars and such but was a bit grindy to get there.

Thanks! I really appreciate the feedback. I'll def look into the aiming issue and be sure to upload a new version :)
