Nice little game, especially if it's your first game congrats! I felt like it needed a little more of an objective to work towards, and it felt a little confusing at first, didn't really know what I had to do. I also wasn't too crazy about the whole "mass murdering" thing.

Nice entry, and cool drawings.

Really nice! I loved that almost everything had a text description with it, had quite the laugh playing it. Felt kind of like Night in the Woods. Very sweet game!

Nice little game! Creative, short and sweet. The music might get a little repetitive but honestly the overall game feel is pretty nice. I kind of wish there were even more fans on every level to make things even more chaotic. Good job. :)

Hard to understand I was actually supposed to use the mouse at first, but I do like games that let you figure out what you need to do, with a couple of hints of course. Had fun figuring out a few endings, nice music as well!

"Good game" haha cracked me up. Nice concept! Sometimes I felt a little slow but that's part of the challenge, i mashed the spacebar to optimize my pandora picking abilities.

Nice entry!

Dude, this game is so good I love your concept! The control scheme worked really well, loved the graphics. Loved that you  had to sign a paper every time you kill an enemy ahahaha. It feels polished!  Excellent job, this was really fun! Enjoyed beating the game, congrats!!

Looks and feels pretty good! It's a shame that the browser scrolls up and down alongside with the arrow key presses when I try to play. Really nice looks by the way.

Good job on your entry!

Took me a while to understand what was going on at first but when I got it I was hooked. High score was 72 I believe. Fun game! I would've loved additional indication of when the bar fills up but that also adds to the chaos.

I like how the weapon knockbacks come into play with positioning, very creative! Nice game, I felt like I wanted to see how filling all my weapon spots would make my character move but I couldn't manage to keep them long enough.

Had fun!

Nice little shooter (I did beat the hardest level by the way!). I felt like it might've needed a little more chaos but it was fun nonetheless.

Nice entry :)

Damn, super hard game! Very creative and a great idea. It's a little rough around the edges but I think the idea is super good.

I really tried to beat your highscore but I just couldn't get enough boots powerups! Once the bees got me about 3 times it was over. Had a lot of fun! Congrats on your first published game, it's quite fun. Loved your pixel art too!

Looks like a really cool idea, I managed to get some mice out of the first maze I believe, however I couldn't understand how to use the helper abilities.

Nice look and feel!

Nice concept, fun dancing! It has a nice feel to it. It's easy to forget about the character on the left side since they can pretty much roam around the whole grid since their obstacles disappear after a while.

Really nice, well presented game! It started a little abruptly but once I got my bearings it was quite nice. It's pretty cool to be able to use different guns, although the one that can't hit flying enemies was quite confusing.

Nice voice acting! The game was fun and polished, felt very complete. Loved the detail of listing the types of potions you created at the end.

Really fun game! You should've seen my face the first time it switched from platformer to top down shooter. The shooter sections were super solid I liked the power-ups a lot. The jumps during the platforming felt like they made my character slide like the floor was ice, which was a little frustrating, specially if you consider you have to start all over once you touch any hazard.

Nice job!

Looks like I overflowed your coin counter before I was able to beat the game! If that's not proof I had fun while playing, I don't know what is.

I love upgrade-based games like these! At a certain point, being capped to just being able to collect three rain/sparks per run made things a little slow, but still fun to play overall. Also, having the hippo face reacting to stuff was a nice touch, but it seemed to get in the way of my maneuvering sometimes. Lastly, the font made things hard to read. I kept reading "soales" instead of scales, and some of the upgrade descriptions were hard to understand.

Nice entry :)

Thanks thanks! We owe all of the game's look and feel to our art director / illustrator extraordinaire and amazing teammate @Jorge-Flores. If we could change or add a new thing to the game, it would be a clearer way to communicate the relic's changes.

Thanks for playing!

Yeah that's one of the bugs that slipped through! Thanks for playing our typing game rougelite. :)

Great entry. Really polished, amazing sound design! Loved the soundtrack and how it changes with your progression. Also, having a game with multiple endings on a game jam is super ambitious! Left me wanting more. Well done!

This is the exact type of feel we were going for, I'm so glad you enjoyed it!

Yeah definitely. That's a big piece of feedback we've received! I feel like sound design is kind of an afterthought especially in game jams, however it would've really benefited our gameplay and communication with the player!

Thanks for playing!

Nice! I think it's great seeing fighting games, specially with an AI to fight against, in a game jam. Huge props! It got a little confusing for me since me and my opponent had the same sprites, but I managed to beat the computer after a few tries. Solid entry!

I thought the gameplay was really tight I actually quite liked the movement mechanic. Short and sweet kind of game! At first I thought the obstacles were a one hit kill, but then I realized they only decrease your score which actually is nice cause it gets crowded quickly.

Good job!

This looks like it'd be super fun to play with a group of friends, in some sort of tournament mode! Unfortunately I could only play it by myself but I got a good grasp of the gameplay mechanics and how fun it would be. Great idea as well! I could see the chaos coming from the competitiveness of the players.

I didn't expect to see a fighter game on this jam! I thought it was fun and charming. I love the combo mechanic. Nice job!

I think this game has a lot of heart! I really enjoyed it and thought it was fun. Love being able to acquire skills as you keep playing, keeps it fresh. Really solid entry!

It's a shame about the build that made it into the jam, 12 seconds before the deadline!? Jesus. You beat my team's record time. Our build had issues when we uploaded it as well.

I really like that the chaos comes from changing environments and weapon types! Immediately made me react and go "wow OK so this is what we're doing." Fun! I died because I went back to the bow after a while and forgot I had to charge it.

I actually really like the style, and a nice idea about using the ground you're walking on determine what type of attack you can use. Very charming game!

This was actually really fun! I wanted to speedrun the whole game. At a certain point, the timer was so tight that it motivated me to keep going, but I can see this being a tall barrier of entry for other people. Nice job!

I like the style, and if the jump mechanic worked like you intended it to be, it's pretty creative AND chaotic. Unfortunately some levels are impossible to stay in, i feel like. Also the music loops in weird ways, which actually add to the chaos. Nice touch.

You weren't kidding when you called the game hardish haha! I think it's got a nice feeling to it. When i figured out that the dash is towards where your mouse is positioned I was a little confused but overall it was fun. Nice entry! I like the art style as well, better appreciated on fullscreen.

I feel like I have a soft spot for these kinds of games because I love mini golf and any golf-like mobile games, specially if they require a bit of strategy! At first I felt that spamming the balls (love your tagline by the way) would make it too easy but when you introduced the laser that destroys your balls it got really interesting.

Great entry!

Loved the idea. Super funny and creative. I did get stuck on the gap by killing the skeleton and not making the jump the first time but I laughed so hard with the objects on the "epic gamer"'s desk. I absolutely loved your mechanic.

Thanks a lot for playing! Yeah we did have a few difficulty balancing issues on the last build we were able to submit for the Game Jam. We uploaded an updated version of the game with a few fixes , we'd love it if you gave it a try!

Hey, thank you so much for your nice comment! Yeah unfortunately a few bugs made it into the final build that would not let you finish the game. We've uploaded an updated version of the game that fixes this issue, we'd love it if you gave it a try!

Our games had similar concepts! I love the idea of changing inputs on the fly. Your game can be a little frustrating at times but it had that edge that made me feel if I tried again I just might beat it. Overall, fun! Good job.

I love seeing a story driven game on a game jam! Taking time to write things out and define what you want your game world to be gives it a lot of polish. The game is pretty tough too! Took me a few tries to get out of the first floor.

Nice work

The relic beckons.
