hey! this game looks awesome so far and im excited to play it, but: the text on the store page is pretty hard to read :( it's stylish, but having the background for the text be slightly transparent and having some of the background objects be the same color made me have to highlight the text to be able to read most of it, plus the font makes it a little difficult as well. im worried people who are dyslexic or who have worse eye strain issues than i do might have a lot more difficulty!!

i'll look doing into that! making an effect-less version is definitely possible, tho it might take some time.

I understand both sides on this! I think that next time, we could have a compromise of allowing a week of grace period to do bug/accessibility fixes, then not being allowed to touch it until the end of judging. Then, after judging, we'd be allowed to do as many bugfixes/translations/accessibility updates as we want. 

This is just my take though, and I made a very programming-lite game, and this is my first gamejam, so take my words with a grain of salt aha. I hope we get to do another jam next year!

im so glad you enjoyed it that much! i had to cut a lot to fit the game into the timeframe, so i'm glad the characters and writing still worked aha. thanks for playing! :)

To anyone about to report the soft lock during the truck-driving scene: it's been fixed! As well as Rudy knowing Trucie's name despite not asking

Tell me bugs you face here! This entails being stuck in loops or soft-locking out of endings, formatting errors (like the wrong text color for character dialogue), etc! 

KNOWN BUGS:

IF IMAGES ARE NOT LOADING FOR YOU: make sure you extracted the file. Sometimes you may have to reload the game. If that doesn't work, try playing on a different browser, as this issue is a browser problem, not a twine problem (from what i've read). if these things don't work, loading the images in the folders by literally clicking them, for some reason, forces them to load. Worst comes to worst, this game is playable without images, as all images are, essentially, accents that are not required to understand the story.
