This is so fun! The art and the music fits so well.

Nice! It's playing really smooth!

The boids are so fishy. I really feel like I'm underwater.

Good job bro, teamwork eh?

Woah that's so weird, I made this game ageeeees ago, I completely forgot about it. Thanks for playing! Yeah those are some good ideas! :3

Thanks for playing!

The frogs are so cute! I used this pack for a biology revision game. Thanks for the free sprites!

This feels like the start of something much bigger! I love the art - the cover is beautiful and enemy design is so cute~

I had a problem with the camera being a bit awkward, couldn't really see where I'm going - but 3D cameras are tricky and we have a very limited time.

And I like how you focused on making only the tutorial. There's a good selection of items available and the in-world signs were straight to the point and helpful.

Good job! It'd be interesting to see this game grow into a bigger project!

Oh no! Never noticed that - but I mean I just kind of stood still a lot of the time in dodgeball games in high school. So it's all part of the realism~

Thanks for playing! :D

Thanks so much for such a nice review! We're glad you liked our game!

We were thinking about adding some extra stuff but then we thought we'd never finish on time. You're suggestions sound really cool, I might tuck them away for a future game one day, haha.

This is such a unique take on the theme! When I read the description it sounded really confusing - but it's not so difficult to play and genuinely very fun!

Everybody loves Kenny art assets - they look so pro!

Also the game page design is the best I've seen so far. Can I ask how you got the image to appear under the play game thingo? My team just has a black background for that.

I appreciate the ghost of the numbers near the dice - also I never knew opposite sides of a dice add to seven?

Probably will see this game in a highlights reel!

I'm so sus about downloading stuff but this game was worth it. (I hope there's no secret viruses or anything).

The voice lines are so good! The gameplay is slick and fast.

I'm on a laptop with just a trackpad, so I can't properly play a lot of the shooting games, but this one is actually playable because he shoots automatically. Thank you!

And the death animations are disturbingly good. There's so many little bones o_o

I just have one question - why are foxes enemies?? They're too adorable.

If any improvement, I'd say the theme was definitely there, but overshadowed by everything else going on. And being playable in browser makes it so much safer for the player and stuff.

Overall, awesome entry!

The art is super cute and the mechanic works well. I had fun reading all the comments for the different items!

I feel like this could be a really cool part of a bigger game.

Hi, I used this pack in my game and just wondering how I'm supposed to reference things properly?

Thanks! We're glad you liked it!

Cool game! Really unique take on the theme! I can't believe all the art and music was also made in the 48 hrs.

There's some small issues, like the little symbols on the dice are a bit hard to see and sometimes I'm not sure what action the player actually took after the dice was rolled.

And sometimes the music gets a bit stuck, but my team also have the same problem and no idea how to fix it.

I think the dice mechanic makes this type of game more interesting, it isn't just clicking around you kind of have to take a chance because the player might not act the way you expect.

Good job!

Love the art! Really cool take on the theme.

I found the wolf but not sure if I won or lost?

Awesome!

Best game so far!

This is amazing!

Fits the theme super well and genuinely a lot of fun! Pairing the dice theme with playing cards and making the characters themed after the cards is such a clever idea.

Great job!

That's all just polish stuff. And we only get 48 hrs, so there's always gonna be some bugs (ba dum tss).

This is such a cool concept! And it's really well made.

The graphics and sound effects tie it all together too.

Super chill game!

It's a creative take on the theme and it's pretty fun too.

I also like how there's only three levels, definitely don't need more than that for a game jam. Like who has time to play 20 levels.

Awesome!

Really great job! I have a feeling I'll see this game in a highlights reel when all the votes are done.

Sorry guys, couldn't figure out how to get the game to start

Beautiful game!

Super cool aesthetic and your take on the theme is really creative. Definitely feel the threat of the spider waiting around the corner.

Only minor thing is sometimes I can see the shape of the spider when the player's glow moves by.. Also, there are nodes connecting to the outside of the web edge which don't go anywhere.

Overall, great job!

Cool game!

I like the dice descriptions and the art and everything.

Only thing is the battles are a bit slow.

Overall, really good job!

So aesthetic! Love the colours! Love the design choices! The art is crazy good for 48 hours.

Sweet and fun puzzle game.

I was ignoring  the rotate map thing until the Mage's Tower level and then I'm like, oh wait I see what is going on.

Overall, super crisp entry!

First game with 4 dimensional dice!! Noice!

Nice idea! Easy to pick up and play and the main character has a cool design.

The tiles are so slippery - but that's more of a polish thing and there's a limited time so ya.

Good job! And props for making all the art and music yourself!

Your idea is cool, but the game could definitely use more finishing touches. But we only have 48 hours so, yeah!

I like how the dice are thrown with physics. I also like how you use more creative kinds of dice, not just plain 6 sided one. (Is a two sided dice just a coin, hmmm?). Also it's playable in browser which is a huge bonus because I don't have to download random people's files :D

The perspective feels a bit funny though. Maybe if it was top down?

And it might be nice to  add faces to the die and little pop ups to let the player know what's been rolled.

Overall, pretty solid entry!

Quick and fun! I like how you used the theme and the little dice icons that show up.

You did a good job with the art, the enemies look really cool.

Only problem is I'm on a laptop without a mouse so it's a bit hard to aim and move at the same time. But that's not really anything to do with the game.

Overall great job!

Cool game! Easy to pick up and play. I like how you have to dodge the dots on the dice, that's a clever mechanic!

Great job on also making all the assets in the time limit too!

My team made a similar themed game - it's called dicey dodgeball.

Very unique idea! I like it, and I feel like a bigger game could definitely be built up from this concept. :D

This game is so cool! Not only is it nicely polished and playable, it's genuinely fun too!

The idea is unique and it works! Just reading the description I didn't really get it, but when you play the game it makes way more sense.

Also, the music bops! Can't believe the majority of art and music was also made in the 48 hours??

Great job!

Definitely! Can't have a dice themed game without dice!

Hi! We're using your pack for our GMTK 2022 game jam game! Thank you for the dice!
