Ok(?). I only gave you some common options that worked to play the game since from your comment it seemed that you were unsure about it.

Well, that was the only way to at least try to do a decent amount of sales, in the PC market the majority of the people refuse to buy outside Steam. Sure, there are some exceptions like for example Fortnite or Minecraft but for the ultra majority of the cases, especially for an indie studio like Santa Ragione, a Steam's ban is pratically a death sentence.

No, it doesn't send me to the title screen, but it doesn't select my save anymore so i am forced to go to the title screen to reload the save. But like i said it's probably better to do an automatic load since it's the most logical choice. About the tutorial battle i can't help you, but i can suggest to do it based on the short story section that you want to add at the start of the game, in this way, in my opinion, the game flows better.

You can try this, it should work for most of it.

You should be able to play the game with Heroic Launcher/Lutris.

Others in GOG's forum confirmed that it's playable with it.

The visual novel parts are certainly better now, but the combat with the controller still isn't really comfty, it's still better playing without it. Yeah, i still think that a tutorial battle step by step would solve some of these problems. A lot of windows full of text is not a bad idea, but with a demonstration step by step is more effective. I still have some bugs when i click the revenge button after losing a battle, if i miss the save slot with an empty one  it bugs and i need to return to the title. You can put the revenge option in automatic with the last save, if someone wants to choose another one it's fair that he goes to the title/load section to do it.

Sure, i can give my opinion on that, but probably it's better that i answer you in private if you want a detailed answer. Do you mind if write you on ci-en? I can do it there

It's a pleasure, if you don't mind i will certainly let you know in the future. And like i said last time, if you need info or something similar don't hesitate to ask me anytime. I will play your future updates when i can.

Now it's certainly better for the controller support than yesterday, you are working hard and i see it from this detailed note. I haven't checked anything else yet but i wanted to let you know this since i was the one pointing this out. Good work

You can also try to self promote your projects here: https://itch.io/board/10022/release-announcements . It's still a lot hard to get noticed even a little but it's better to try everything, it doesn't cost much. Read the community's rules carefully before posting obviously. Good luck in everything

"MTL" used in the context of novels, especially online novels, means "machine translation". You had a good idea in using also the browser, as you surely know, even if a project is free, it is not easy to make people play it, and this helps it a bit. You did also well imo to publish it here, while a lot of projects here are forgotten, i wouldn't have noticed it otherwise. And not trying is even worse. Probably you should have used more tags if you could thou. That said, i am now following you, so i will get notifications if you do something new.

To be honest i was afraid of the MTL translation but thankfully it is understandable. And yes, you surprised me, i didn't expected that part, nice short story overall.

You don't need to thank me, while i may have seemed harsh i actually really liked your demo and i will continue to follow your news here. I believe in your project and i am glad i could have helped you with my feedback. If you want info or any other kind of help feel me to ask me anytime.

Ah don't worry, you don't need to apologize since i forgot to explain you that, it's actually my fault, so i am sorry about that. You just opened your game page, so you can still change idea even now, having a forum has its own advantages but i think comments are slighty better for your situation, so choose throughtfully what you think it's best in these initial days.

Your game seems to be story rich and it has a lot of gameplay, you are quite ambitious and i like that, but you need to be really careful. When you click the Start button, you are already lost with barely a window telling how to walk  and you have hard time even to run with a controller. If i didn't like your game summary and your presentation i would have dropped it. For this reason, even a short story section followed with a tutorial, maybe a tutorial battle, would help the player to understand better everything. I haven't played all your difficulties so i can't talk about that, but usually it's better to ask the player at the beginning which one he should want to play, but this is really minor thing, so that's not a problem.

Every time i was playing a visual novel section part the animation wasn't fluid, and you also need some commands even there, nothing complicate but not only the skip button ahahah.

Ok, i like the three protagonists set up, i won't ask details of the story since i want to find about it myself, but if you want to do a forced route order or a choice-based story a flowchart can be useful.

I played the demo, i liked it, i think this game has a lot of potential. But i think you should do a better tutorial, especially if someone wants to use a controller to play it. Starting with a story cutscene is better, i know it's a demo but it's easier for someone to follow the flow in this way. When i played the visual novel part it was a little buggy but i think you already know that. Is the recollection scene section a flowchart? You have multiple protagonists from what i understood of the demo and your game page.

I got the notifications but the page now it's deleted since you enabled the comments.

You should also open your comment section, i can guess you are new on itch.io, so i link you how to do it: https://itch.io/updates/comments-for-your-project-pages . Sure, you need to moderate it, especially from bots and spammers, but it's easier for people to comment your game even for different things of the ones in this topic.

Imo you should add these info in your game's character page, like surname, birthday, measurements. At the least for the main characters.
