Really fun game. though I'm not sure how it fits the theme, but no worries.

that being said,I did run into a "problem". The shift key, wich from what I understood is supposed to activate a bullet time, feels more like an unnecessary and unfortunately broken feature. I managed to skip 75% of the level design by just painting a platform blue to jump high, and then glitching my way by spamming the shift key which cancel gravity and lets you move forward nonetheless.

this was fun too, but very much unintended I would guess ^^'

Thank you, that's really nice ^^

I guess I could try, but I won't be able to check if anything works correctly, as I don't have a Mac...

Edit : I can't find it in the Unity Editor. I'll keep searching but I can't guarantee that I'll make that build.

Thank you! To be honest, I made The music the last day, because i was late on pretty much every aspect of the game ><'

That's a really smart game, I had to think for a while before figuring out that there were only one big scene (trying not to spoil to much there x) )

I had to restart a couple times because i messed up with the boxes... It became a little less interesting the third time I went trough the beginning.

Great concept though !

Thank you ^^

I'm not sure the idea of the game is very clear... I had to add the "Tutorial" really fast, like 2 hours before the jam ends because I realised that people wouldn't have a clue about what can be done.

Idk if you saw, but if you make a goblin attack another villager while being disguised, the villager will remember and will try to kill the actual villager you were disguised as... It was all working around that kind of thing, of villagers being confused between disguised Goblin and the real villagers.

I'll check your game tomorrow (in France it's 23:00pm) ^^

EDIT : And I was definetely late in the end, there isn't the Logo on the main menu, some bugs probably as I barely had time to test the game. I had a weird graphical glitch that I had to cover up the last 2 hours, but only in the build, not in Unity...

I'm pretty happy with how my games looks like now.

I still have a lot of work to do if I want to finish it well and in time, but I finally feel like I might be able to do it \o/

I did exactly that yesterday or something like that. It was more a shift in the direction than a restart, but still...

You have to import UnityEngine.UI by adding "using UnityEngine.UI" at the top of the script.

How my game looks so far. It'll be some kind of Rts where you have to win by  manipulating and lying to your ennemies (it's not really that, but I don't see how to describe it better ^^')

It looks really great !

In the rules, they say that you can't use package from outside the package manager, I think

It's my first Jam too, and first game I will bring to a finished state (hopefully). I think I might be a little late if I want to finish everything by the end of the week, but we'll see...

I probably won't really finish my game in time. Not with every part I want put in. So I'll do the minimum needed for the game to work in a first time, then add things until I have to submit it. But I will probably keep working on it for a little while to really  finish it.

Isn't it a tool from the asset store ?

I can show you this character from my game (some more low poly, yay!). I should be able to show an actual "complete" scene tomorrow, but for now I mainly have Cube and cylinder. I was a lot more focused on coding the mechanics of the game (wich are far from being finished)

yes, you can.

So if I want to add sound effects (like footsteps), I have to record these myself or use music intruments, right?

(I can't find a clear answer to that, and I've read through all of the posts xD)

At least they're shown in random order. That's a good thing.

I would encourage other participants to rate as much game as possible to prevent too much games from getting ignored.
