Yeah, I'm Clave on discord.  Add me and we can discuss further.

It's not, it's for a game jam. Just a one month thing. I should be Clave on discord if you are still interested.

Hey everyone,

I'm presently doing art for a 2d pixel art game using rpg maker mv. I'm short a little time to finish some of the assets and was looking for someone to pick up some of the work. The game jam is roughly a month in length and we have 2 weeks left. Most of the work I need done involves character's, enemies and dungeon design. Definitely looking for people with some experience or who can turn over some usable work quickly.

I posted a photo of how the main overworld will look, although it is not 100% completed yet.

Hey,  I'm an artist looking for a team, I generally work in 3d but also have lots of prior experience in 2d sprites etc.

Here's my Artstation and my last 2d itch.io game.

Hey, I think we've worked together before. I'm an artist, I generally work in 3d but also have lots of prior experience in 2d sprites etc.

Hey guys, I might be joining this game jam if I can find the right team. Here's my 3D portfolio, it's probably easier to show off 2d stuff that I've done recently through my actual game submissions.  My most recent game "Prime Directive" featured 2D art assets that I made.

Hey, I'm looking for a jam to join. I'm an artist with lots of experience in 2d and 3d game dev. My discord is Clave#1974

I really enjoyed this, I'll have to take some notes on the walk cycle and lighting, they are both excellent. Music is cool too, reminded me of diablo 2's, act 1 base theme.

I'm interested on how you got the skirt animation to look so smooth, it looks like its physics based on some level?

Art is cool, the character controller works like a charm too. Surprised to see such a clean final game from a solo dev. Awesome stuff! =D

Ah, had a lot of fun with this one. Cool music, cool art and the game plays great. The upgrade system and progression are well thought out, hard to do but you guys got it. =D

Man that's a lot of great art for just a short little jam. Cool game guys! =D

What an awesome game! The character controller is amazing, feels so intuitive and good. I had a hard time pressing through the game to a degree, just because there's a time commitment to setbacks. I wish there were triggers, where your latest "calm" area becomes a recurrent save, just so there is less backtracking.

Hope to see more from you guys! Was an amazingly fun game!

What a cool game! Not quite sure exactly what I was doing, or even what the point of it all was. I like that. So I'm giving you bonus points... 11/10 =D

Wololol what a great game! It's a tad unresponsive but the music, art and dialogue are top tier. It's sort of unique too, I don't think there's another game quite like it.
You guys did great!

Cool game guys! It's really interesting thematically, the music and art style are awesome. For some reason I really liked the evil laugh at the start of the level. Wasn't expecting it to be a lady, especially because the magician appeared to be male. (presumably everyone in this game is male on account of them being Fungi's? =D)

At any rate, great game and I hope to see more from you guys! =)

This is a very cool game; the art is clean, music is good, story is all there. The difficulty curve on this game crushed me, some of the hitboxes a little unclear, particularly for the spikes. But then I'm kind of an old guy by gamer standards so maybe I just have no hands.

Had fun playing it, look forward to seeing more from you guys! =D

What a beautiful and interesting game. I think it would benefit from some sort of automated trap interactions, where there was a longer cooldown on the actives and the actives did something special but infrequent. For example, the spikes could stay out for a few turns but then not go auto till the cooldown ran out. I found the method of play that seemed to make sense for me; and I may be wrong about this, was to spam buttons as fast as possible because trap uptime is more important and more possible than specific interactions. It's not possible for a player to be in all 3 tracks at the same time. Although perhaps I misunderstood something.

Not to be overly critical, it's an awesome game. Specifically the artwork here has a lot of heart and soul. Great game guys, I look forward to seeing more! =D

Interesting game and the art is aesthetic fire. This is a awesome and quite advanced system for hacking in games; I think this is more interesting than most cyberpunk games that usually have one boring hacking mechanic that is more aesthetic than gameplay. I would love to see more systems like this, and of course, would love to see you guys make more in the future! =D

Haha what a great game! So beautiful and the music was so good as well.

One strange thing that may be a feature, rolling was generating my bread bar. Not sure if that was intentional.

10/10 didn't expect the exploding pigeon.

Cool stuff man, glad to see people making the classics! =D

10/10, saved Christmas. The storytelling element's are interesting and the game works very well. Interesting to see the de-sticking mechanic for the ornament, never seen that before but it worked well.

I had a bug on one playthrough where I had to hold F to carry the ball. Maybe that fixes it?

Wow, very cool game. Was really into the art and theme!

Wow! What a perfect game, I'll have to come back and try for some more endings once I'm done rating some of the other entries. =D

It's got atmosphere! =D

I somehow missed that one. I'll check it out, I haven't quite got through all of the ones I've wanted to yet.

The fact that you can encounter the ghost right away jump scared me in a rather profound way. D=

I really liked this. You never know unless you double take it, but I really felt like my choice at the end was weighted and could have resulted in a different outcome. =D

I assume this is good faith because others are reviewing it, but my firewall picked up a lot of your files... not sure why.

Couldn't progress but I appreciate the MS paint aesthetic. I miss homebrew games from awhile ago and this reminded me of them.

I like that a lot and it makes a lot of sense. Okay i'll check it out.

Yeah I just couldn't figure out which rock was the happy one. Gonna give it another go. XD

Man I enjoyed that, it's extremely creative.

Didn't know where it was going but glad I stuck it out. Good game!

I froze around 340 clicks. It was an experience, nice to see some original idea's being tried. =D

This is a tremendous amount of artistic and storytelling style for a one week game jam. I had a blast playing this! You have an amazing talent for this. I would love to see more. =D

Actually scary, the enemy responds perfectly to the player and the sound design is spooky af, I'm sad games don't have the aesthetic charm this one does anymore. I got the bad ending, where I just found the kids. I got the shovel before I got a lot of light followed by permanent dark on another run. Not sure what to do with the shovel, do I just go back to the camp fire or dig something up?

Made me chuckle. It does give it a vibe to have to manually check behind with no indicator spoon feeding when he's there or not.

Damn this one got me with the jump scare.

Benevolent pumpkin cheating, at least I learned about deception and got my coffin...
