Nice work on this one. It kinda reminds me of Slitherio meets Binding of Isaac. I liked the work on the animations, they were very unique.

The level up popup is easy to dismiss and not read as you click to shoot and it can immediately dissapear.

Overall this was a good one and I liked the detail and graphics and the simplicity of this game!

Oh, and congrats on your first finished game for the GWJ, that is awesome!!

Cool game, I like the concept of the pachinko and battling monsters.

Cool use of collectables too.

I think this game could benefit with a faster gameplay loop and maybe some margins on the side so that the balls don't get stuck every once in a while.

Nice work :D

Hah, this game is great. I love the intro screen that bops to the music, a very nice touch. The tutorial was very helpful and it helped me get a hang of the controls and concept of the game.

The overall environment could be streamlined a little bit easier (if that makes sense?) That's my only criticism, but its a tough one since this game is so well done haha.

Nice work friend

Hello BeardedMan,

Thank you so much for your input, it helps a lot.

We may continue to work on this project in the future and maybe make it more scalable.

A better tutorial will help a ton.

All the best,

9thHourFilmsGames

Hello Ernesto,

Thank you so much for your input. Next jam we will focus on getting the tutorial done earlier in the week xD.

We had scaled the AI and last minute the scaling just didnt work efficiently, but we will take your input for our future projects.

Cheers my friend,

Hello FrogAccount,

Thanks for your comments on the sound. We attempted to work harder on the graphics and sounds for this game and it came through!

Cheers my friend,

9thHourFilmsGames

Hello Ckay,

We are glad you appreciated the art for this game.

I'm thinking we should have tossed the keys all together and made it a mouse game haha.

We will use your input in future games :D

Thank you for your input :)

Best,

9thHourFilmsGames

Hello strutcode,

We appreciate your input, especially on the graphical interpretation on the cards.

We will trial and error in our next jams to come.

Best,

9thHourFilmsGames

Thanks for playing our game fkeys!

We really focused on the graphics on this one and we are glad you noticed ;-)

We take this input seriously and will apply your suggestions in a newer rendition

Thank you :DD

Hello SpaceScape,

Thanks for playing our game and we are glad you enjoyed the art!

We tried to make the AI easier and prone to mistakes but obviously that was a bold move xD.

Thank you again!!

Hello Jupiter,

Thanks for playing our game and it is especially helpful to watch you play!

Sorry if the game was confusing, LOL. Glad you enjoyed the graphics :D

Cheers

This was a great game, I loved the binary theme.

It got me thinking, it'd be cool if 0s didnt hit you and 1s did? Haha but I'm a crazy dog.

Graphics were pleasant, especially the matrix animated text. Some cool pulsing effect could be cool when you fire.

The puzzles had me thinking :-).

Great game!

Keep on doggin' !

Haha, this is a wonderful game!

For some reason I love the graphic style, gives me a feel of that Pizza Tower game. I think there should be a bit of forgiveness on the spike trap area, but overall this was a pleasure to play!

Keep on doggin' !

This was a pleasure to play. I liked the strategic element of it. The graphics and game design were spot on.

The AI could be slightly smarter (going to the higher level being or something like that).

Audio was great, I liked the dramatic music during battle.

Cheers, my friend!

This game was absolutely fantastic! I loved the city level at the end.

I think if the game-play was a little bit faster you could totally make a cool concept out of this. The second level, when it became bright blue had hurt my eyes a little.

Other than that this game was great!

The music and audio was awesome as well :-)

Cheers!

Thanks for your comment! Our next games will have more puzzles xD

Wish you all the best

Greenrose 7-

Thank you for your pleasant comment! It means a lot :-)

Cheers friend

All the best

Thanks for taking the time and playing our game! We will take your advice and apply it into our next jam session/game :-). Keep on doggin' !

Awesome game, friend. I like the use of multiple weapons and items that you can upgrade.  The art for the pilot, icons and the ship are also really cool.

Some cool games to look into to increase the immersion/experience of this game is those bullet-hell vertical style shooters or arcade games like the 1942 series.

Overall, this was a cool game! 8-)

Xoxo

Thank you for your comment, friend. This is very good feedback and we will use it in our next rendition!

For some of those things we had bright ambition but ran out of time ;-). We had an idea for a shop where you can buy weapons or purchase upgrades with the bread.

Thanks for playing our game!

xoxo

Nice game, I like how you can choose your orbs at the beginning and level them up. The AI variation is also pretty cool. Reminds me of Super Crate Box or something of that caliber!

Cool game with a good spooky element to it. I think the atmosphere is pretty solid, but it would be cool if the flash light had a bigger radius.

Very interesting. I like the art style, as it is very strange and surreal. However, the gameplay could be improved as it is hard to move around and avoid the flying things.

Awesome game! I was excited to play this one, and I liked how it has turned out.  UI/menus were not too bad either. I think this could be taken to the next level with some cool level variation like Super Monkey Ball.

Awesome 3d work, it's a tough thing to do. Physics felt pretty good too!

Appreciate it, and thanks for the feedback! Well take another look at the visuals after the jam for sure

Fun game with fun little tunes! I appreciated the tutorial and the level select UI. Gameplay was pretty solid and a big fan of the DDR games.

Nice to see that orbs and music have synchronous relationships! ;-)

Thank you for the feedback! I can see where you're coming from on the distance and changing orbit -- and we'll definitely look into touch screen controls, that sounds like it would be a fun extension.

The game sounds beautiful, and the visuals remind me of 2d oscillographics (they look stunning!). Gameplay is great too -- loved the kind of audio wordle thing that's going on. Trying to find the orbs on the curve felt a little frustrating at times, but I could imagine it being quite relaxing, too.

Love this! The art style is super charming and the twist on agar.io type gameplay feels really fresh and fun.

Loved the procedural maps! Lots of replayability and the combat is solid and pretty challenging at times

Awesome job -- love the "magic" feature and the camera following the ball (or orb) makes it a lot easier to see the table.

Game is very fun and simple as well. The movement was a bit clunky at times (but I think that can be fixed with a few altercations to the move_and_slide_with_snap method). I think also the camera could be zoomed out a little, as it can seem a bit claustrophic in fullscreen. Overall cool mechanics, and I found the encounter cutscenes to be especially inspiring.

Really appreciated this game and feeling like a god putting the earth together. Graphics and sounds were very nice (And appreciated the narrator as well ;-)) A quick and fun game with cool mechanics.

Really love this submission, the smoothness and graphics really compliment the game. There was a part that I got stuck on, and maybe I read the instructions incorrectly, but it was after the room with the bat and 2 spider things. Anyway, definitely love this game and style.

Complete walkthrough, Now Available

Here is a complete walkthrough of the game, for anyone interested

Love the game idea and the execution.  The money earned per level is low, but honestly it takes time to become an exciting hero lol. UI and all felt pretty intuitive after a few tries.

Hey, thanks for taking the time to try  out the game and give us some solid feedback.  Much appreciated! Cheers
