Hi, I'm afraid we're already developing all remaining games so no new game ideas are needed at the moment.

But we plan to do a similar jam early next year and you can always join our Discord linked above to get notified for every new jam we're about to start.

Hi, we're working on 15 projects right now, most of them are 2D, so there's a wide variety. They all have a 2D artist at the moment, but there's always a chance someone has to drop out and that we need a replacement.

We'll also have other projects coming up early next year where we could need all the help we can get ;)

Sorry about that! This should be straight-forward but we have 3 (!) differing height units internally, dont ask me why..

It's now fixed and the height you need to achieve to win, after crossing the 2000m distance mark, is 50m.

Fly your pony with various and wacky upgrades from the workshop using the hard earned bits from your previous flying attempts.

Game time is short but addictive and replayable, beat your previous score on how many days it takes to take flight!

Without using a certain secret key combination to get free money?? :D

Hi,

We are a community that works on multiple games 24/7, so there's always something to do.

You can check out our current experiment and join our Discord Server here https://itch.io/jam/33-games-in-100-days-collaborative-game-jam

Hi, we are a large community that makes games together. We either work as one giant team on a single game or currently on multiple games with a number of shared teams.

It's all for fun and our games are free and open-source but it's still a great way to expand your portfolio and learn more about team workflow in game development.

In our first collaboration experiment we made the game Spiritkeeper with 36 contributors in 4 weeks . Eventually we want to make a game with 100+ contributors. In the meantime our new challenge is to release a game every 3 days until Christmas.

We're still looking for more 3D Artists though, and if you like a fun but goal-oriented environment you can join us, no matter your skill level. Even if this would be your first game or group project. We had people join who were new to this and now some of them are already leading a small team.

Hi Max,

I'm the founder of the Godot Collaborative Game Jam. Maybe you'd like to join us? We're always looking for Sound Designers!

You can learn more about us here https://itch.io/jam/33-games-in-100-days-collaborative-game-jam

Hey guys,

I'm the founder of the Godot Collaborative Game Jam community. We are a fast growing GameDev communities and since I created our Discord Server 3 month ago we have gathered over 500 members.

In our first experiment we tried to make a single video game with as many contributors as possible and it worked!

But we're always looking for crazier challenges. So right now we want to release 33 games in 100 days. Starting on the 15th, we will release one game every 3 days. The way we approach it is by developing around 10 games simultanously with 10 different teams. Most of our contributors working on multiple games at once, however.

We began working on a batch of games already early this month so that we are going to have something ready for our first release date. But we will still be cutting it close for every single upcoming deadline and that's how we love to operate: competitive, but it's always all of us together against the deadline, while pushing the boundaries of game development.

We are still short on good game pitches though and are constantly looking for people that can bring us good ideas for games and are willing to contribute to them: as a team leader ( no prior experience required ) or at least iniatior. And who are preferably able to contribute to it in some capacity - be it as programmer, artist, narrator, composer, sound designer, etc..

Of course, those pitches need to have a rather small scope, think Game Jam project. But we have very prolific members and some top notch artists that pour all of their free time into our experiments.

If you have a pitch for us, want to contribute in any way or just see how far we can go: our Discord doors are open for everyone!

33 Games in 100 Days Collaborative Game Jam

We’re a 2-month-old, fast-growing community of 190+ people pushing the limits of game development.

In our first experiment 36 random members built this game in just 4 weeks. We had a lot of fun and every single person learned something in the process.

Now we're aiming even higher: starting September 15th, we'll release one game per day until Christmas Eve - 100 games total.

We’re always looking for more Programmers, 2D/3D Artists, Composers, Sound Designers, Writers, UI/UX Designers, Voice Artists, DevOps specialists, and creative enthusiasts of all kinds.
