Thanks for the submission! The art and sound were good, and I had fun figuring out how to get my forge working so I could finally make some happy customers. It was fun once I figured out how to do the forge, but it was quite difficult to figure out exactly how to do that. Z as the default action doesn't seem too common? Also, it seemed that I would often have one valid item and one invalid one and it was hard for me to figure out if I could drop just one.

The art was fun and well done for this, I also enjoyed the sfx. I had a bit of a hard time with the controls, and the figuring out the menu as mouse button didn’t do anything. Once I figured out the controls I was able to make progress, but it took some time to get it sorted. Once you know how to play, it’s a pretty straight forward approach. A bit difficult to keep the customers all happy, I may have been stabbed a time or 2. Overall nice job, with a bit of polish around helping players learn the game, this is a good little project.

I’m going to be honest, I had a lot of trouble with this game. Initially, I didn’t event notice the keyboard prompts. They were so small and blended in with the environment they were hard to make out. However, my biggest frustration was not knowing what I was supposed to do. I managed to figure out that the metal bars go in the furnace, and I managed to even get as far as (what seemed to be) building a full sword, but I never figured out how to actually give the creation to the customers. I lost every time and I just had no clue.

I definitely could see what was supposed to happen. I’ve played similar games in the past, I just couldn’t figure out the process. This game definitely needs some instructions on the steps to making the items. I think that one little change, even a little window to the sides of the screen with steps to build would have made this game a lot less frustrating.

That said, I think the presentation is generally solid. The individual items read well, the shop layout is logical, the character moves around nice and smoothly, and the menu screen looks quite nice. The audio is nice and chill as well.

If you’re interested, I played this game on my stream last night.

I remember when we did our fist Jam we had similar problem that we didnt have tutorial. There was maybe a plan to do some tutorial for this game but not enough time and also tiredness at the end. Lots of problems while developing. One full day went to reprogram the oven thing to notice that the problem was just for stopping timer. Then the customers waiting line had problems and i was doing it last night before deadline. Went to sleep 4am that last night and continue to do last important game mechanigs around 10 am. There was also plans for better timing for the customers happines metter.

My brother got fatique for making graphics. Every text was done by images. Not good system but i had so much to figure out so i didnt even want to touch this time for the text systems. I was also thinging the Z text was hard to see but i didnt want to bother my brother for that because there was some missing sounds for my brother to do.

Its rather hard if you dont know the recipes, one thing i have noticed about while playing other games. Lets see if we will continue developing this or not. If we do i need to check my messy code for better one.

We have had some other game in development but we havent had good time or interest to that so we tought to participate for this jam to get some interest back for developing.

took me some time to forge my first weapon, but after that, it was smooth sailing. Enjoyable little forge game and loved the sound fx and music + art. all in all very charming. I wish there was a bit of a tutorial or explanation of the gameplay loop, but other than that super nice, well done :D

Cool mix between forging and fulfilling orders! I thought that was really unique. Fits the theme well too. I think it needs a little tutorial, or maybe I just caught on late... Nice work regardless.

Definitely a fun and challenging game. The art is looking great. Would have loved a little explanation but fun regardless <3
