I tried every permutation I could think of
orc
Orc
The Orc
TheOrc
the not too well hidden orc
but with no luck
Yay! With a little help.
Maybe if I had discovered the Misc box earlier I would have figured it out, kinda like a room escape puzzle.
On another note, that favours giving a tenth level thing, it doesn't actually say Level 10, it says level 9 again but with more favours required and a higher multiplier.
So I've tested it out and the "Shooting Star" Gift upgrade, which increases your Karma income by 1% of your total favors each level, seems to work, with or without the Auto Gain Favor.
It's not about the time you've gained Favor (going for the 1st layer presting), but rather the amount of Total favors you have (check the stats menu to see how many you have at the moment).
Maybe I should explain it better.
You do a Blessing Prestige and then you buy the Auto Gain Favor and return to the first page.
Doing this prestige has reset your Total Favors.
You now play the game with Auto Favors on and you can't do any more Favor prestiging, only gifts and blessings, but what is the point in doing gifts and blessings prestiges if you haven't been able to accumulate a considerable amount from stockpiling favours to be multiplied by your Shooting Star bonus?
This feels like it makes no sense. But it does. I think. I hope.
Like I said: Maybe I should explain it better.
Maybe I should...
Yeah, if you're going for that approach, it surely makes no sense.
It is possible to still go for a Favor prestige, but you need to turn off the Auto gain Favor option for that (Settings -> Automation Menu).
Still, since you gain nothing from doing a Favor prestige (because you gain Favors automatically now), you can concentrate on when to go for a Gift or Blessing Prestige.
I hope this makes sense :D
A little story hear, bear with me. All true. Not that you wouldn't believe it - no unicorns, time travel or threesomes with 19-year old Japanese girls dressed as schoolgirls.
When I was 14 I was expelled from a great school and had to go to a terrible one. I didn't get on with anyone in the new school at first and adopted the nickname P-Nut which was originally meant as an insult about the shape of my head. In all fairness, it's quite an accurate name.
The name stuck and still gets used decades later, though not as an insult. I hope...
The nickname has been adapted by some people to P, Nut, Nutnut, Nut-P.
When internet cafes were starting and having an online connection at home was still kinda new and cool, I used to play an online text based rpg. On that game all my character names began with 'Doctor' and people chatting called me Doc.
With the advent of smartphones and games like your one which didn't require a PC, I was asked for a username. P-Nut was taken as was Doc and I didn't want one of those names with a number after it, I wanted something unique which was how Docnutnut came about. I took an adaptation of my first username and my first nickname and combined them.
Anyway, I digress. I now realise that the last two chapters were superfluous.
I have always been into games since I got a Spectrum 48K back in 1982. (Not shy about my age) Not only did I like playing games but I always liked to kill them. To play beyond completion, beyond 100% to a point that everything possible had been done. Friends who saw me doing this with games such as Super Mario World, Final Fantasy VII, Kid Chameleon, Worms and Super Mario Land invented a term for the way I played games. Sometimes I would merely play a game, but on occasion I would truly P-Nut a game.
I guess that is what I am doing with Law of the Cat God.
I am P-Nutting it, or at least trying to.
Your dedication is admirable. And trying to "break" the game is just what I need, since I wasn't able to test the limits of the game myself.
I really appreciate your help and I hope you'll continue to p-nut this game whenever more content is published.
I'm currently working on another major update, including more features, content, dialogues and so on.
Thanks again, you are amazing!
Wow! Fifth reply to you from that message.
Bug report, not a bad one though.
Once you buy the Temple of Mews blessing and it vanishes from the menu, when you return there it is still there. The icon is there, the level and instead of the cost, it says the name of the item under it. If you click, there is no specific information. Basically it doesn't want to leave.
And I just had an error. I am unable to post a picture of the error as without a VPN I can't do that here. China problems always on the internet.
It didn't reset the game, but here is what it says:
An embedded page at v6p9d9t4.ssl.hwcdn.net says
An error occurred running the Unity content on this Page. See your JavaScript console for more info. The error was: RuntimeError: memory access out of bounds
Then loads more lines of similar stuff. I have no idea about all this tech stuff. I just play, watch, read and write. I leave the coding for others.
I also am not going to check my javascript console for more info as I don't really care.
Max Level Auto Buy isn't very fast for buying items. From a Favor Prestige it takes 58 seconds to buy everything up to the first Qvg item. Buy All takes two clicks.
Auto Cat Buy generally works well as its effect is aided by having the houses, but Cleocatra sometimes take an extra second or two to appear. This may not seem like much, but with my end game pointlessness, one run for 18 million favors should take about 8 seconds, but when Cleo is sleeping this becomes 10 or 11 seconds. Doing this thousands of times means I am losing hours with the Cleo issue and it also makes me realise something else. I should find and install a mouse movement and click recorder.
What do you mean with "max level auto buy"? If it is what I think it is, this works for cat levels only, not for upgrades. There is no such option to quickly buy upgrades yet (other than using the "Buy all" button.
And I've also noticed other problems regarding buildings, so I'll look into that. Hopefully the next update can go live by Monday :D
