The multiplier you are referring to: are you talking about the Blessing Upgrade "Holy Wood" which multiplies levels gained?

No. For example, Meowruto has the Training Hall. The info listed is

Gifts needed x1 mysterious yet pointless multiplier
levels / min
The x1 stands for the amount of levels you want to buy, just like when buying cat levels.
I will add the option to buy more levels for buildings with one click in the future.
