This is a cool idea! I enjoy the titular neon artstyle the game went for, I enjoyed the combo system even if was hard to get the timing for, I love how much content was packed in here and everything feels intentional, pretty good stuff!

Super fun game! I love how you have to approach each enemy with a different strategy. Also the additional pick-ups are a very nice youch. Good job.

It's a really nice way to implement the theme, by using timing as a combo. Nice job!

Ok, I love this game!

What a creative way to make the 3 2 1 theme into a rhytm based dungeon crawler!

And that voice actor, you need to pay him extra, buddy <3.

Developer

Thanks! (it's Microsoft Sam btw)

I don't know at which level I died (I don't see it) but it was after the red one. I like it. Amazingly deep for a game jam game.

In the beginning, I wanted to quit because I played it on fullscreen and didn't see UI at all. It worked fine when I zoomed out and played in the window.

I checked a few weapons but in the end, stayed with a bow and a lifesteal passive as they are OP compared to other stuff.

It would be nice to make it clear that you hit the beat while pataponing :)

Thanks! my personal loadout is usually the crossbow, zapper and totem/vampirism as a heal
