I interpreted the theme as you are alone at the start but you are not alone if you finish the game!
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
No I used some assets from Kennys!
Very cute game and pretty fun to play ! I really like the artstyle.
Some things you could improve :
-have the numbers align correctly when showing how many twigs left in the burrow
-when you press esc and you have the exit menu you should press f to exit or press esc to return instead of having another menu be shown
Great graphics and fun concept! It would have been awesome if the more you stacked your "bower" the faster the bird would move or something, to add another layer to the gameplay.
really cute game. i like the graphics, the music is good but a little repetetive, one thing i'd say is maybe a little more animation when the bird is falling, i love the birds dumb little legs
Love the concept. I think having a way to return to the ground faster would be nice, though. Good job.

I loved the concept and the style!
The game is really, really cute! I had some fun flying around and thought the idea was quite neat.
I did not finish the game though, at the end she kept on asking for that yellow bug and I just couldn't find it anywhere. Managed to find it once but he was too damn quick and the day was almost over. I tried giving her 10 of the common bug but she wouldn't like 'em. After 3 days pecking around to find it I quit, it became quite a boring chore. Also, I wish I could move on the arrows too, would have made flying and pecking easier.
Camera was very good most of the time, except when I flew high behind the trees or when I walked behind a cliff. Sometimes behind the cliff the camera would fix itself a little, sometimes not. But cameras can be tricky and I think they worked very well for a jam game.
I found a bug when I paused the game on the second day. For some reason the clock stopped working, so I had to restar the game.
The only thing I can complain about the graphics is that the birds legs look kinda eerie at times. There was also one time in which I ended the day grabbing a flower on the platforms at the back, far from the female bird. When the next day started, the bird's legs were ridiculously long on the horizontal, as if they were still pointing to the point of the floor I stopped the last day. But it fixed itself when I just started walking, so it was a very minor thing.
The audio was cute and the effects were fitting, I'd just increase the volume a little bit!
Overall a nice experience and soothing experience. Congratulations on making such a gorgeous game!

About the golden beetles: I wanted to include some secrets in the game: !spoilers! the golden beetle can be caught in yellow/golden bushes (if you know this they become too easy to catch that's why I kept it a little secret).
The bug with the time is interesting, I actually already knows what causes it; perhaps i will fix it in version 2.0! (including the camera movement).

I'm curious about the way you made the birds, it reminds me of Clayxel. Anyway I really like the aesthetic! Good job!
Hi, for the models I use blender and then a remesh filter, which visually works very much like the Clayxel plugin (interestingly enough that plugin inspired me to find ways to do that in blender)! So just two combined spheres and then the remesh Modifier! The legs are just line renderers with a material on it (it casts raycasts down and checks where the bird can place it's legs!) Hope that helps! I'm glad you enjoyed my little game!

Everything is adorable and charming. UI is great. The atmosphere is good, but things get repetitive when the the lady bird's standard gets higher and higher. I hope the game can bring more rewarding feelings to motivate me to fulfill each lady bird's requests. For example, getting more intimate with the lady bird, a kiss, a praise, or an exchange of presents. Except for that, everything is nice and organized. Good job!
Very enjoyable experience! I'm glad the little bird isn't alone anymore, though that is one picky girl!
One little nitpick is I would've enjoyed a button to fly down faster.
Cute artstyle, enjoyable gameplay and the fly mechanic made it a lot more fun to traverse, overall great game and you should be proud

Edit: My bad i got stuck in the begining for not reading properly. Excellent game, really loveable graphics, really liked the animations.
