Nice job!  It was making me laugh, so that's always good (for me, at least) in a game.

Hey there, I tried out your game! I actually liked the movement, I think the jumping would sometimes bug out and it wasn't always clear when I could jump more than once. I got Rick Rolled which was cool. As some of the other commenters have said it'd be interesting to choose your power directly instead of hitting your head multiple times to do it. I'm still choosing directly, it just takes longer.

Good project, check out my game if you have time!

I liked the concept of the game however some of the implementation made it a bit hard to play. The controls were rather slippery and unresponsive which made it hard to control the character. The dice face as different powers was cool but I think you could have let the player swap between faces rather than endlessly bashing your head into a pole until you got the right one. Finally, maybe a little UI image or something to indicate what each power does would make it easier to solve the puzzles. I also noticed that you said this is your second game jam so congratulations on making a finished game and good luck in continuing your gamedev journey!

I’m sorry, the jump movement was so slippery that I couldn’t finish the first room :-/

The idea is fine though!

controls could use some work. also, the dice only seem to have their effect once? like if i roll a 5, i can only triple jump once, then i have to roll another 5 if i wanna do it again. i feel like it would be better if you could do it as many times as you want. also, rolling the dice again and again feels unnecessary. i would make it so that each time you "roll" you increase the die by one until it rolls over. that would decrease the amount of luck involved. anyways, good job on finishing a game in time. its not easy!

this is the 2nd time I've finished a jam and I have only been in game development for not even a year. Thanks for the feedback!

I like the idea of the puzzle maze, but the random part of it is very frustrating. I had to roll a 3 on one of the puzzles and boy did it take long... also the movement was like walking on ice sometimes.
