The entire game is running really choppy for me. Everything seems super sensitive control-wise and when I turn the camera it's super blurry and turns a LOT, really really sensitive. Even interacting with the red-robe guy made the camera all blurry and weird. I couldn't get very far because of that. I did manage to get to the water area.

A Dante riff pleases my classicist heart immensely! It's very cool-looking despite the somewhat rocky implementation. I like the River Styx bit (the wrathful and sullen!); reminds me of the old Oregon Trail rafting minigame. Unfortunately I couldn't get past the maze, because when you go through the gate at the end, it says "You Failed" and respawns you.

Thanks for the feedback! Each level has its own rules. We did not have time to fix the dialogue system, because the player is not told the rules of passage. I can be Virgilius and say: "We sail up for the second circle. The guardian of this place is Cerberus. It devours the souls of those who have no patience or desire to think. Follow the torches on the left side of the walls."

Ah, OK. I assumed following the arrows was wrong and tried looking around for another exit, but I didn't see one. When a game is buggy, it's difficult to tell what's by design and what's an error.

Dialogues were a very important part, it is a pity that they did not have time to implement them. This game is very important to me because I want to add it to my portfolio, so this month I plan to finalize everything that I have planned. I will be glad if you rate the updated version :)

Interesting mix of modern and retro style. I liked the work on the textures, it's quite unique. Overall, a curious project with various points of interest. Well done!

Thanks for the answer! It saddens me that we couldn't make it better, but I want to make an improved version and post it too.

Did you turn vsync off? Graphics look nice other than that. Not sure how you're meant to do the boat part.

Did you turn vsync off? - Don't know. We worked on UE5 for the first time and did not even have time to set up the build.
Boat level... at the end of development, our dialogue system broke down. NPCs report lanes where traps are located, but in some texts I made a mistake. Traps are always after the NPC.  We want to make a more playable version, but it takes time.
