It was a very cute game! I loved the art and music, but I did end up running into quite a few bugs on the firefox web version based around the that ended up freezing the game. Other than that little browser-based hiccup, it's a great game!

Such a lovely game!

Great art and sounds! tho the text did get kinda overly pixely, but easily ignored.

The gameplay was really nice too, was cool to see a management game for the jam, really good work. The game did feel kinda over once you got the printer. Since only the Sand rooms would result in making more money than the printer for the same amount of time.

Sand room + food = 250$ for 1 hour.
Printer = 50 for 15 minutes = 200$ for 1 hour.

I think leaf was 50 and stone was 100.
Considering you only had a 1 in 3 to get sand room the odds of making more than printing weren't worth it. I think its a testament to the game that I decided to calculate some optimal gains haha.

Really enjoyed this one, keep up the amazing work!

The sound effects make this game one of the most adorable this jam! Made it through all the way, managing to pay the loan. it was really addictive and challenging. Good job!

So CUTE!! It reminds me of a mix between Fallout Shelter and Animal Crossing which I can definitely get behind :)

Very cute and addictive!
Maybe a little too easy, but still a lot of fun!

Was a pleasant experience owning this little hotel! I almost made it to paying off my loan but my computer or something froze up at the end there x0 I really like the concept of building out a Hotel though! Was tapping into my previous addiction to Fallout Shelter. The only thing I was missing was being able to replace existing rooms, but that's just an OCD thing lol.

I love this game :D

I kept going untill i payed of the loan. Love the art and the music.

Though to make it even more pleasureable to play it. I would like the Task bar be less hassle. Just press task button and get the frog. But thats the only thing i have as a feedback :)

Developer

Thank you, I appreciate it! :) Also, congratulations on paying off your loan, lol!

Thank you for your feedback as well, I definitely think the game could use some quality-of-life improvements and fewer clicks to get a frog in the hotel would be high on that list.

I love these kind of management games! Really neat idea, I only got as far as paying off half my loan - does the loan part have any effect on the gameplay (like taking some of your profits) ? Either way, great job!

Developer

Thanks for playing! :) The loan is not tied to any gameplay other than to give you something to do with all those lily pads. I had wanted to put more things that you could purchase with lily pads in the game that would impact the gameplay directly, but you know how it goes.

Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it :)

Fun concept, I think the idea of providing the frogs with specific needs is great:) You fit the theme well too and I like the art! I couldn't tell if it was glitching or if I simply didn't understand but I had trouble placing rooms and things didn't always worked when I clicked on them. Overall a great submission!:)

Developer

Thanks for playing and for the feedback! It may have been that you did not have enough time left in the day to place the room you wanted, but the game is honestly not very good at indicating that sort of thing. That is probably number one on my changelog wish list: more clarity.
