To be honest, I didn't really get the gameplay. However it was fun driving around the town XD. Sound effects and graphics were great, though you might wanna add a menu, with an instructions tab so that people are able to get the gameplay.

If you don't mind, could you rate my game?

My one complaint is the act of firing babies from the cannon (try saying that out of context!) in that I can aim for a pedestrian dead centre and still miss because their hitboxes aren't large enough and the baby flies in a weird trajectory that doesn't always reflect where the reticule is aimed.

Still a fun game though, reminded me of Crazy Taxi in a weird way!

(NITPICK: also, why is driving a truck the more convenient method of travel for baby-delivering storks as opposed to...flying? ๐Ÿ˜†)

Definitely reiterating the truck control feedback. The music had some thought go into it and I appreciate that :D Overall the game causes some very funny phrases from those playing it (or even reviewing it like some of the other comments haha!)

Really solid game. Lot's to like in both the world, the concept and the experience as a player. Things that got it the way (but all worth looking at) The controller button layout is fine except for the fact I live in a house which has 10 controllers which don't have functioning RB buttons. Having the choice to swap or just asigning a less destroyed button would have allowed me to use a controller. The mouse camera sensitivity was way to high, I have an ajustable gaming mouse and I played on the lowest possible setting and it was still too swift. The van handling had moments of pure joy, I found the ramp and had some lovely 2 wheel moments. It was occationally frustratingly slow to reverse away from a wall collision and often felt like it was totally stuck. The shooting baby mechanic was super nice and satifying. Over all a really great job and something I think deserves that little bit of extra time to get it to it's potential.

Thanks for the feedback! I think with this one I let the scope get to big (especially since I hadn't touched Unity for a few months) which led to mechanics that worked but didn't work great ๐Ÿ˜… The van controller and camera being prime examples of this!

Better to have something with potential than something without it! Jams are Jams, if there was not overscope regret then what would be the point?

This was a funny concept and I laughed a lot while playing. Nice job!

Developer

Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it!

It was really hard to drive, but the idea is really funny.

And the ramp to jump is fantastic xD

This is a goofy premise at face value, shooting babies to parents from the confines of your baby-shooting transport vehicle. I feel like the execution was a bit restraint; I was expecting to be able to drive and shoot babies like crazy, but the vehicle maneuverability felt sluggish to turn/travel and baby-shooting was not as exciting as I wanted it to be. (Don't take this out of context.)

It was a decent attempt altogether! The art style and level layout is simple but effective. I think a premise like this would be more fun if they turned it into an absurd but dynamic experience.

Thanks for your feedback!

I definitely killed more pedestrians than delivered babies but that was great fun. Really enjoyed this art style and it's just a cute game all round. Good job!

Glad you enjoyed it! The plan was to add ragdoll physics to the pedestrians but I ran out of time ๐Ÿ˜…

The driving is smooth and fun. Aiming and shooting are a bit clunky but I love the slow-mo when you do it. The game is a really fun jam project, nice work :)

Developer(+1)

Thanks! Aiming was an absolute pain to get to a barely useable standard ๐Ÿ˜‚ But I'm glad you found it generally fun!
