How does you game fit the theme?
This was my very first game jam and I'm quite proud with how much I learned making Pimenton. The theme was inspired by the film Paprika (which had a lot of dream scenes and surreal scenes of the world falling apart that created a lot of uncertainty of what was real) and so I tried to capture that feeling a bit through a game where the levels end up being fake and falling apart. Hope you enjoy!

Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
I watched a lot of unity tutorials and followed a lot of them for how to write code, but everything was made from scratch. I also used FEEL by More Mountains, which I own from the Unity store. The art and audio are all made from scratch.

Really enjoyed your game! Nice animations btw!

Nice game! I really liked how you interacted with the player! It kinda reminds me of "there is no game"

btw would really appreciate it if you rate my game too: https://alittlerandomdude23.itch.io/dream-jump-where-is-the-dog

Wow, it's amazing. Your game is completely consistent with the jam theme.

Great work! I liked the little voice effect /singing at the end ahaha!  I enjoyed the commentary and how the game took a turn in terms of goals (supposed to get the key initially but not the case the rest of the game). Good work on the art and overall design! I got a little stuck at one part for a while (I think there were a lot of deceptive platforms at one part, and I used invisible walls + wall jump to get across [but also maybe I didn't have the best approach for this part ahah]). But it felt really good to get past that and make it to the end:)

BTW, this was also my first game jam too :D It was definitely a fun experience and I also learned a lot! And the whole community is so nice and helpful! Great job at making almost everything by yourself!

Cool visual effects, the player controls well. Had fun!

I really liked the effect of the world falling apart, what has cost me the most is jumping between walls but overall good job

That was fun. I laughed while I was playing. Maybe some changes on sounds like clearing noise in backgroundwould be nice. Also I recommend, try use acapella style music.

I think so you should improve our cover art because it looks a lot unprofessional, that's preventing people to click on your game.
But i have to say the game was great!

It seemed really well put together. I loved how you put together your sound effects. also how I had to solve the puzzles, but I didn't feel like they were too easy or too hard. Just enough challenge to be satisfying. Really awesome game.

Great game, I love the surrealism invoked by the visuals! The controls are smooth and the visual effects are great. I really enjoyed this one well done!

Ahaha loved the ending. The level changing was such a cool idea and the visuals are on point!

Excellent - really enjoyed that! I loved that it starts out as a no frills BBC Micro style platformer and ends up with you escaping outside the games boundaries and trying to beat the dev rather than the game itself. Great idea! The level transitions were really superbly done and the SFX were really entertaining (reminded me a little of young merlin).

I particularly like the hand draw exit door and acapella song at the end - they made me laugh :')
