Kinda short, but interesting choice of subject nonetheless! I also liked the footage used. Makes it very grounded.

I really like the chosen topic!
The presentation feels fresh, especially for an RPGMaker game.

That was very kind, thank you! I have been playing daggerfall unity recently and wonder if learning to mod that will teach me unity.

Possibly, but I would recommend starting by just finding an interesting tutorial series on youtube and following along as the first learning steps.
Just be careful about ones older than ~3 years as terminology and compatibility  has changed in Unity over time.

Either way good luck!

I loved seeing a game made in RPGMaker, used that a lot in the past, such a fun engine. And the mix between that and real life videos gave the game a unique identity. As others have said, some more choices would be nice, and maybe a bit longer of a game, but overall I had fun with it and I think you did a good job. :)

You have some nice technical accomplishments here with the real video mixed in with the CRPG style game.  There's no real choices for the player though - a game must have choices e.g. It would have been cool if the player had to turn on the TV to get the news report.

I was hoping to come back and add more, but life had other plans.

I really appreciate your compliments though, they are encouraging. I made the decision to cut a lot of the things I wanted to add in favor of making a complete product.

Completing projects are something I almost never do, so the fact that I created something from start to finish was meaningful to me.

I was rather disappointed in myself that I didn't add more, I generally like to add a lot of bits and bobs. I might have to disagree that all games have choices, in a way the only way this could have been created and completed was because I stripped out all the choices and went pure story.

the interface and movement was smooth , and the dialogue windows make the gameplay immersive! great work!  The entry made me aware of the history and the videos are great! keep it up!

The new rpgmaker mz engine is quite good! It was my first game with the engine, I got it on sale a few weeks ago. Thanks for the kind words stranger.

I like that you had videos. We can even more understand the events, the game was nice but maybe a little too short. Great job !

Thank you! A lot of people found the video parts quite interesting, it may be something I experiment with in the future in longer games. Thanks for your encouragement!

Interesting approach to mix game and vide. Too short. Would love to see some evolution of that idea.

Which part would you like to see more of? I am working on other games and am wondering what you enjoyed the most. Thanks for your time!
