The concept of this game is truly cool, but I'm not sure that it works on a 8 hours game, for example.

But for a jam game, it works and is likeable.

However, The character aren't enough developped, I think. As PhoebeJ said, I would've liked to be more attached to them, For example by flashbacks or more problems... I don't know how.

But I really like the fact that only room changing has this kind of consequences.

Nice idea!
I really liked to discover the evolution of each area and of the characters. It would have been nicer if you found more concepts around that idea! But for a jam, it's already a really nice submission !

Posted this on the game's page, but in case you didn't see it:

That was different. I liked the concept a lot. One small critique, though, I think it could've used a little more character development. I would've liked to be more attached to the characters. I know it's hard with the time constraint, but I think this game is worth coming back to later with those extra touches. Loved the creepy vibe and the simple console with the hint. The concept of the rooms changing was also awesome.

I’m glad you liked the concept and the vibe! Yeah I wish I had put more character stuff into it, originally you were able to take your friend with you into other rooms, but that got a little too complicated for the time constraint.

If it’s fun I might go back and try to add more to this sometime, thanks for the advice!
