I haven't checked out the demo for the main game of Colorful yet, but I remember reading some good things about it and thinking the art I saw looked beautiful :3 Spooky edition is even more my cup of tea, haha.
I haven't had a chance to play through all of it yet since it's pretty long, but from what I've seen so far, it's so polished and lovely to look at :3 All of the art is absolutely gorgeous! I'm loving the matching UI so much too.
Like a few of the other commenters, this kind of thing isn't really my cup of tea. But the passion and care poured into this is very apparent. With the great artwork and playful story, it's hard not to be charmed by it. Good stuff!
Normally I don't play a lot of dating sims because I find it hard to enjoy them when I don't like the partner choices, but there is a lot of humour in your summary (that nipple warning, haha) so I came in expecting a lot of light-hearted otome humour, and your team fully delivered on that front!
It's extremely polished as a full package: GUI is tailored for the spooky theme, sprite and bg art is clean + special CG for each character route, and quite a lot of effects like the storm at the beginning. It took me by surprise when I found out I could move the camera when a guy's face is zoomed up close. The heroine's portrait is also very expressive with her different face reactions.
I refrain from commenting on the guys because this is too reliant on the player's preferences, nevertheless I tend to always check out all of them for completeness. As for story goes, Jusépe route is the absolute highlight for me. I encountered Fabious before, and his route was short and sweet. Jusépe's was not the type of exposition/revelation I was expecting from this VN, and from that point it entirely hooked me in. I like how each branch brings you something new; may they be locations in the house, lore drop, or character events; it captivates your attention through the entire playthrough with fresh content. Even when I don't want the heroine to make certain choices, I still pick them to see where it leads to due to this.
All in all, this entry is an amazing spin-off to your main game because it really makes me curious to see that one as well, while also being meaty enough for standing on its own as a fun Halloween-themed otome. Had a great experience!

So, I'm going to preface this review by saying that *this game's aesthetic just isn't for me* - I normally wouldn't have played it, not because I would've thought it's bad, but simply for personal tastes reasons, the same way some people will not play FPS or Mobile games.
I took the plunge here for two reasons : one, jams are for trying out new things and I figured I would give a shot to something I wouldn't normally have played, and two
...the devs were so nice to me on my own entry's comments that I wanted to play their game too...
And I have to say, I had a very good time! This game is excellent on every aspect : the art, regardless of it being "my thing" or not, is superbly well-executed, with a great sense of cinematography and scenery, the writing is consistently good and keeps the game interesting even when there's a lot of internal monologue, and the music choices were brilliant (especially the one that plays when the Manor lights up, that one had me chortling)
I don't think I'll play a game with a similar aesthetic again in a long time, but I'm very glad I made an exception for Colorful Mirai - Spooky Edition!

Very cool art style! While I don't think it's my type of game as a gamer personally, I really like what I've seen and read about it! I tried downloading the Mac version, but for some reason it keeps failing when I try opening it. Just thought you should know for trouble shooting purposes! :)
