I love the music and the dramatic environment it sets up. However the way the text stops that the "Dream" bit makes it feel unfinished. Also you have problems with some of the background while exploring planets having pixel interpolation fuzz, you need to deselect that option if you're using it.

Lastly, exploration on the planets felt slow. A jet pack or some other means of moving fast would be appreciated.

Thanks! Yeah had very little time to work on this game because I was very busy this month (only had 2 days for the game jam) so that's why some things feel a little unfinished :) and Yeah I have considered a jet pack, I may add it in the future

Great job, I love it as it is, not really a game in the traditional sense but certainly an awesome experience and I just love when games do that

Developer

thanks! Really glad you understood what I was going for :)

One of my favs from the jam. Love the art and the physics (the way the asteroids just bounce around off of your ship harmlessly, and the way the ship feels like it's on a string being pulled into space). I don't know how you playtested the space part, because that camera hurts me something fierce. I found it funny that the character was talking about relaxation while my stomach turned.  Don't get me wrong, I love it, it just hurts.

Developer

Thanks! I don't really get motion sickness so wasn't a problem testing it haha. Glad you enjoyed it!

Awesome illustrations but the gameplay did get dull very quickly, it might have too much places to explore and not enough stuff to find there.

thanks, yes I decided to join the jam very very last minute so didn't get hardly anything done, but it can be seen more as a small example of what a future version could be. I will be updating it but for now it is just a little world I have made for people to explore my mind and relax.

Also, sorry about the lines on the background, it was an issue with rescaling, I could have probably fixed it but time was very limited so I decided working on more art was more important.

Sorry you found it dull, it isn't really the kind of game that lends itself to gameplay videos, as it's more of an art piece that I made because of how it makes me feel :)

Also, I may have not made it clear enough but you did forget to press enter when in space to see some extra intro dialogue

Well with a fix here and there and more things to explore this can become a lot of fun

Some great and subtle illustrations. Relaxing gameplay too. Awesome stuff.

Great to hear! Thanks!

I love the art style.  The music goes very well with the game. Nice work!

Thanks! I spent a bit too much time working on the music when I should have been coding the game haha but I'm glad to see it's appreciated :)

The artwork is great! I'm not really sure what it is I'm doing, though. When I visit the other planets - that's a really cool feature, by the way - I can't seem to interact with anything. (I can fall off the edges, too - just as a quick bug report)! I look forward to an update on this one since it seems very promising.

Developer

Thanks! Yep, I'm still working on it quite a lot, and i will update it all the time even while the jam is still going, I just had to upload it because I ran out of time :P

I decided to join the jam very last minute and so have only worked on this for 2 days so far, so I may add an objective, but atm it's about exploration :)

That's awesome to hear! I'll definitely keep an eye on this. I loved the art style, and it seems like it will be excellent when you done what you want to get done to it.
