There are two characters with their own little attacks, but if you combine them you will be much stronger

Yes all the code and assets are made by me, but some code was imported from previous projects of mine.

Really cool concept and great execution, though the game is a bit too hard for me
I thought your game was fun to play, and that the idea of an AI controlled 2nd player was very cool and unique. I also liked all the little details like the particle effects, and screen shake. The simplistic art style is nice, but I will say that I think there is too much bloom. Additionally, the large variety of enemies always kept the gameplay fresh. One thing that would make it feel more complete is having a main menu, and a game over screen. But other than that, this is very well put together, nice job!

The game look is really beautiful and colorful, i could look to it for hours, the gameplay is pretty basic what makes it easy to get and have enough elements to make it fun, it isn't too hard, and no too easy, if you think in continue with the project i sugest you add a system of upgrade to the caracters where each upgrade affect both caracters in different ways.
If is not asking too much and you have some time pass by my game too ^^

Simple, understandable, fast paced game. I enjoyed it! AI cool.
Great implementation of theme, I though. That was a really clever idea and was executed quite well. The soundtrack was good, but started to get repetitive which is absolutely to be expected from a game made in such a short amount of time. I really liked the character designs and that you managed to get different enemy types in there and the revive mechanic was great as it allowed you to keep playing and having fun. Every now and then the characters would switch without me doing anything and it was unclear as to why that was happening. Not sure if that is a bug or if some enemy effect or something. Overall, really well done!
