An oddly tense but humorous experience. Attempt one I lost too much money, attempt two I didn't even make it to Ikea, but on my third attempt I came out on top!

I'm likely to play it again, cos there's clearly more to see and it's all been fun

This was great fun! I played through a couple of times before eventually succeeding. Original theme, tapping into my ikea nightmares.

Thanks so much! I knew I wanted a game that tapped into the stress the theme of this jam provided, so why not exaggerate something mundane into a nightmarish pilgrimage? I'm glad you liked it!

This was a riot to play, so much innate humor, so many quirky situations and characters. So much written here, variations galore!

I'm glad you like the humor in particular! There are so many NPCs in this game that players rarely run into on their first run, so one of my favorite things in the playtesting process was seeing my friends recounting the strange and eccentric characters they ran into!

Very funny. I managed to buy the sofa (full price) on my second playthrough (I arrived at Ikea with only 6mn left during my first one). A small improvement could be to allow to skip the texts faster (especially the intro), that could encourage replayabilitity a bit more.

Thank you! I added in a function to skip text if you press E, so I'll rewrite my description to make that more telegraphed!
