How does your game fit the theme?
Fits the theme in the form of both mechanics and story. The elevator is "Out of Control/Order" requiring parts to fix it. Enemies mechanically will also hinder you by changing your control scheme around, slowing you down, or preventing you from seeing the screen properly

Did your team create the art for this game during the 48 hour time slot?

Did your team create the audio for this game during the 48 hour time slot?

Hey, this is nice! It's got a cool style. I didn't initially feel like it fit the theme too well (Out of Order != Out of Control) but nobody said the theme couldn't be losely interpreted.

Hi,  bitmapkid, we played on "out of control" in the mechanics :)
You're a remote controlled droid and the enemies (called jammers) affect your control in various ways - there's one that stuns you, one that glitches you and one that swaps your controls. It's kinda loose still but that's the angle we were going for.
Edit: also I was struggling to make interesting textures with 4 colors, meanwhile you blew it out of the park with just 2, great entry!

Sound is a bit loud, but LOVE the artstyle hope it gets featured

Great Teamwork! I loved the music and the visuals, the "out of control" glitches are also quite interesting, especially the visual jamming one. There was a couple of weird things, like if you restart a level after being hit by an enemy you keep the cogs you collected in the previous level, and it wasn't entirely clear what level you would be restarting at. The levels are well designed, and pose interesting different challenges. I think the game could have used some sound effects, and it isn't entirely clear how many cogs you need each level (all of them?). It's still really solid as a game, great job!

Thanks for playing our game Agecaf! The points you have after dying to an enemy would be us giving you some baseline points (as we skip the tutorial levels) otherwise skipping the tutorials on a retry and starting with no points would give you less total score than if you just refreshed the browser :). Yeah unfortunately a timezone mixup with a team member was the cause of no sfx. As to how many cogs you need, the cogs text flashes when you have enough. Not especially great by itself (would have been accompanied with sfx).
