The sudden death caught me off guard! lol

Such cute artwork! (ツ)ノ

Developer(+1)

thanks

Nice art and music! The game has a lot of potential but still needs some work. The biggest pain point for me was having to restart from the very beginning on death with no way to skip the intro or speed through dialogues... it gets frustrating pretty quickly. Hope to see it polished post-jam but good job overall!

Developer

Thanks, did you try the Load button?

Submitted

I did once and it didn't seems to work so I didn't try it again

Developer

If you reach the 2nd scene, where you click on the boy, the game is saved.  When you click on the Load,  you start from the 2nd scene, not from the intro scene. Thank you.

Looks and sounds good but the gameplay needs some extra work. For example there is no way to skip the intro.

Developer

Thanks

Nice game, how can u buy with 0 money?

What?

The game starts with zero money. Do you have to sell any item first?

I'm trapped in the black void.

Developer

Opps, you are really lost hahahha.

Developer(+1)

You must collide with the arrow to go to the next level.

Submitted(+1)

Okay, I'll try again tomorrow.

I was tired of dying three times and having to watch the intro again every time. I played it during a short break before work, and it was the kind of game that really gets you warmed up. And the hitbox between the machines and the character felt too strict, which made it a bit difficult.

Developer

Didn't you try to click on the load button? Where exactly did you die?

Submitted

The game looks interesting, but every time I die I have to sit through the whole intro again.

Developer(+1)

You can click on the load button, then you will start the game from the main scene.

description excerpt: "first published on 14th April" <== obviously this was done before the jam which began on 13th. it's not a fair game. Should be disqualified.

Developer

It was not done before the jam. I made this game during the jam. I published this game on gd.games first. When I published this game on gd.games, I just used  a zombie character thinking it would be act like a robot. I did not focus  on the editing of the game as I was more invested on the first game (The Island). I made this game in a couple of hours. I live in Bangladesh. So this game is made during the game jam, not before the game jam.

Submitted

You say you did it in 2 hours... Maybe you did. I'm not going to argue.

Developer (1 edit)

It took me one day to develop and publish this game, but I worked for 4 to 7 hours if I calculate the exact hours I spent on this game. For example, I worked 1 hour in the morning on this game, then in the evening, I worked two or three hours like this. I did not write down the exact hours or minutes anywhere.

It is a short game. I took 5 screenshots, which show the whole event sheet of the main game. If you kindly play and complete this game, you will know it is a very short game. I did not note down the exact hours, but it did not take more than 5-7 hours.

I would like to add another thing, Mr Beseda. When you open Unreal Engine, you will see some free templates to develop the game on free templates of top-down, car, third person and first person. I also have some templates downloaded on my computer of GDevelop templates, some of them are even five months old. But I did not even touch them, I just downloaded them so I can continue developing the game when needed no matter the electricity has gone or I am not in the range of high speed internet. As per the description, when I published this game on gd.games, it was already 15th April(mid-night) in Bangladesh.  Thank you for your comment.
