Really fun, cozy and well made game! I wish there was a bit of tutorial in the start because I was confused at first but after I learned what to do, it was pretty easy to play. I love the visuals and audio. Very nice job!

Really nice and addictive! It got really fun once the numbers started racking up a lot, fantastic work!
Locations Captured: 64 is my all time best.
This was great. Crunchy sound design, addictive gameplay loop. You should be proud of yourself. Many things can be added in the future to make tis awsome game even greater.
Really nice game, the concept is cool and feels quite polished.
What a fantastic game, holly molly! Art music, combine with simple yet extremly addictive gameplay, and yo uhave a winner. Sometimes I feel like I'm being cheated by the eye requirements, sometimes I snowball the game, it feels like it's down to luck and the blessing of RNGesus. Still my favorite entry so far. What an amazing game! Congratz.
This is amazing. The game design is great, the pixel art looks fantastic, and the music choice is perfect. I’m seriously impressed you made this in just a week.
The only small thing for me was that I felt a bit confused at the beginning and needed some time to figure things out. It might be a little challenging for beginners.
Overall though, really well done!
Great mechanics, music, concept, art and the game definitely meets the theme! Only feedback is I do not fully understand what I was doing. The serotonin from claiming villages was great, but then an eyeball comes out of nowhere and tells me I deserve my fate. Yeah okay buddy haha.
Very well done for a game jam all the same. With a bit more of a tutorial I think it's bordering on perfect!
Oh, this was fun!
However, I have no idea why I died as I by my math I met the objective when I ran out of turns.
As the map gets bigger, a bit more zoom out would be nice.
Strikes a good balance between relaxing and anxiety-inducing, lol. It took me a while to figure out exactly how the combo system was working, but once I did, I had a lot of fun figuring out how to optimize my resource collection. Great work!
Love the main menu, super clean. The pixel art is crisp and the color palette chosen for the field is really beautiful. With the music playing, I could totally see myself zoning out and just grinding this for way longer than I planned to.
"Try your best" being the only instruction made me laugh. I knew immediately what kind of experience I was in for. But honestly, you communicate the gameplay well through visuals and the HUD, so it works.
One small thing I noticed, when I restarted, the castle visually reset to level one, but the upgrade cost didn't. It was still priced like I already upgraded it once. Not sure if that's intentional, just figured I'd mention it in case.
Other than that though, this is the kind of game I could easily sink time into. Really nice job.
Ahh, I think this game has so much potential if only you had the opportunity to put more explanation on what is going on. Please consider putting some extra information on the game's page. If it is more clear what you have to do and why that would make this so much more enjoyable.
I think the graphics and gameplay and also music are very well done in general. I agree with others that the graphics doing necessarily guide the eye to what is important very well. Maybe a bit less contrast on the less imprtant pieces but other than that a very good experience. If only I understood the point and mechanics of the game better!
I conquered 54 locations! The game was very addictive and fun. Great work!
Very good game! The pixel art looks great, the music blends perfectly with the overall tone, and the game feel is really satisfying. I’m honestly very impressed by what you managed to create in just one week.
On my first run, I felt a bit lost regarding some core concepts like turns and what exactly counts as a mine, a forest, or a village. A bit more textual clarification early on or tutorial might help.
From a gameplay perspective, the curse are very interesting to balance the game but a button to clearly display active curses would be useful so players don’t miss them. I also think there might be a small bug, as some points seem to be treated as curses but don’t have the corresponding icon.
Well done ! :)
It’s amazing that you managed to do all that in such a short time. Really cool game — hats off to you!
Definitely keep going, and best of luck!
The first playthrough is a bit confusing for me but after that I understand what to do and it's really fun to play. The visual is really cute. Great work :)
Dude this games so good, im rlly surprised it was doable within a week!!!
Great work and sound design is SO good, i'd be shocked if this didn't get top 10 just for sound design and music :))
This game was easy to expand... until it was game over :l
I would recommend try this game Roots Devour, which might be a good inspiration for you.
