Cool submission, I love hidden object games and this felt really nostalgic. One thing I would change is making the objects blend in better with the background, just to make the game a bit more challenging, because the textures/resolution are so different, they were pretty easy to spot. Also placing them in different spots as they all seemed to spawn in very specific parts of the screen. Really enjoyed this good job :)
Cool idea. The cog was really hard to see, but after we got it the other parts were much better to find. We needed two tries, but saw both endings. I think we had the counter from the first time transferred to the second try though :D it would be nice to be able to skip the intro the second time or to reduce the waittimes. Nice job!
Nicely done point and click with a clever twist! Turning off the lights and the spider things adds to the tension.
I think you can safely make the intro twice shorter and without any art, just black screen, tense music and text. This way the time to fun will be less and there will be no complains from the players regarding the AI art (sorry if it’s not AI, just looks very generic).
I mean your cover art - pure text on the black background is a banger, clean and stylish. Probably making the start cut scene in the same manner will improve the experience.
Overall, cool game, congratulations on the release!
Revived 3 cats hand became the harbinger of hope :) , My cat loved it - chasing the light about. Beautiful graphics and great story.
That’s adorable! I’m glad your cat joined the adventure too 😸 Mine were just sitting on the keyboard (to help me out, of course) while I was developing the game lol.
I am agreeing with what @jefukuri mentioned, I too noticed that there are only a few spawning places. I think that increasing the objects size (so it doesn't feel like pixel hunting), but adding more random objects on the screen and then adding more of spawning places would could it more fun.
Thank you for the feedback! I hope you enjoyed it :) I’ve now increased the number of possible spawn locations to 42 and plan to tweak the object sizes a bit for better balance. Adding more random objects is also a great idea — I’ll definitely note that down. Thanks for pointing it out!
A fun twist on the hidden object game. Great job! I noticed that the objects were spawning in a limited number of places (maybe it just randomly worked out like that for me), but after a minute, I was able to just quickly scan those four places and could easily find the part. More spawn points could allow for more challenge.
Thank you for the feedback! I’m really glad you enjoyed the game :) There are 10 locations where items can spawn, but I couldn’t add more due to time constraints. That’s a great point, though, so I’ve now increased the number of possible locations to 42 :) Enjoy!
The zap sound was a little loud, but the game was a neat little hidden object style game!
We hope you enjoyed the game :)
And thank you for the feedback, definitely going to fix it :)
Very solid entry, I envy you guys :)
I like cats, so that's a weakness :P I saved 4 of them, almost 5!
Hope you enjoyed! We love cats too — our dev team has four in total! :D Btw, I haven’t even saved four cats yet, and I’m the dev, so congratulations!
