A very good reason to wait for Christmas.... i like this game
Had a lot of fun with this one! Really reminds me of the old on-rail arcade shooter. The aesthetics and music and sound fx really give off that retro feels.
I was the slightest bit confused on what to do to do anything in the beginning but after I died the first time I was able to grasp the controls and beat it on the second run. Super fun, old PC arcade game feels which made it very enjoyable. Great work and great game for the Jam!
lots of arcade vibes with this one — really fun, short experience! congrats to the team on a fantastic submission !!!
I think it's a very good Christmas rail shooter.
Shoot Dem Zombies!
Played this bad boy, and was able to beat it first try! I miss these types of games truthfully! Gives me that old Arcade Feel! Now onto some feedback for your game!
What I liked ✅
What I feel needs some work / fun features to add‼️
Overall:
This was a great addition to the game jam, I had a fun time shooting away some zombies, it has a quick simple hook, and I could see myself coming back to playing it again! Great work!
I honestly enjoyed this arcade rail shooter type game, it really reminded me of the house of the dead series. It's a simple classic looking game and it was definitely fun to play nonetheless, great work!
I was a little confused at the beginning of the game. To be honest, I barely noticed what I had to press to start! But it was fun, somehow it reminded me of Serious Sam! Good luck! Fun project.
Thank you!
It’s a very fun game! It’s rare to see an arcade-style rail shooter in a game jam, simple, effective, and really well done. Great job!
Thanks for checking it out!
Has a smooth controls and I can shoot zombies. Good game!
Glad you enjoyed, thanks for stopping by :)
Really nice game, had simple controls and was easy to pick up :)
Thanks!!
Really cool seeing this kind of rail shooter arcade-y game in a jam, have never seen something like this before! Also love the commitment to not making it Halloween-themed :D
Thank you!! My dev partner and I always try to do a different genre with every jam and this was really fun to make!
Sadly I got stuck at the point where I could first choose my weapon (although it may be Firefox being picky about controls). Aside from that I had fun and zombies and Christmas are an obvious combo. Good job!
It should automatically move on after a couple seconds, its just showing you the weapons that can be unlocked. Thanks for checking it out!
I likes the guns, also the boss fight was easy because you automatically dodge the fireballs, but its cool so it doesnt matter. Epic game!
Thank you!!
It reminds me of The House of the Dead. everything is not too new but i like this game.
Thanks!!
I think its the wrong season but I enjoyed it all the same lol good stuff
its christmas in my heart (:
Nice! Forget Halloween, it's already time for Christmas.
a little janky, but I was entertained.. would have been nice to see my ammunition.. also the enemies being able to shoot through the cover was a little saddening. I was able to get through it in 2 tries. My entry is also in the realm of 'Rail shooter' fps , but yours is an actual on rails ride.
glad you enjoyed and thanks for the feedback :)
This was a fun rail shooter! I was able to kill the final boss by just shooting at it through the cover without peeking out, but otherwise it worked smoothly.
haha yes could use some tweaking but glad you enjoyed!
This was sick! house of the dead vibes.
much thanks! :)
Very fun game!
thank you!
