I am definitely going to make the objective easier, I wanted a cutscene to originally play at the start, but I unfortunately ran out of time since this was a game jam entry. I definitely will update the models for the filters, I wanted to do this originally but I unfortunately ran out of time :(
That is quite a cool story! I've personally never been on a fishing boat at night so it was cool to see that you were able to connect your experiences to the game!
I really do think that a visual indicator for interactions would make interactions more fun, and I am definitely going to implement it when I update the game next.
I am definitely planning on polishing the game post jam, the settings page was quite rushed and I do plan on adding a mouse sensitivity option to the settings page.
In my game, you become stranded in the middle of nowhere as your boat motor stops working. You need to fish up resources using your fishing rope to attempt a repair on your engine, but you are not alone in the sea, and must defend your boat from an enormous eel.
I'm not sure why Windows 10 thinks its a virus, the same thing happened to me as well when I tried to download it from itch.io. I'll try my best to fix it.
