Interesting take on the theme, I like how as you lose air you shrink and you used this pretty well in the last level.
controls felt a little off at times and the hitting the walls seemed too jarring, smoothing that out would help make it better game.
But overall it was a fun experience, thanks for submitting
Thanks for playing! I really appreciate the feedback. I fought with the whole bouncing off the walls thing for days, and I ended up just having to move on. I agree, it needed to be adjusted/fixed. Thanks again!
Cool stuff!
I thought that the dynamic between how much oxygen you have and how difficult it is to traverse the stages was pretty interesting, though some narrow corridors/turns sometimes make you wait quite a while to actually progress the stage because of it.
Going through some of the dead ends also means an instant restart if you take their path all the way, even if you use the oxygen provided in that path. This kinda made the dead ends functionally useless and feel unfair, since you don't really gain anything aside from "don't go there next time."
The dashing mechanic is also fairly weak, since using it consumes more energy per distance than if you had just moved normally. It's also difficult to see what's ahead of you if you do use it, and it led to me popping the balloon on spikes I didn't see.
That aside, I did have fun playing through the stages. Keep making awesome stuff.
Thanks for the feedback! I really appreciate you playing and leaving a comment :)
Cool game! I had some fun!
Interesting approach to the theme!
I like how you design to combine labyrinth with time pressure. That mechanic of not able to go through narrow corridor is really clever.
SFX looks nice, I was surprise!
What I found that bouncing of the wall sometimes make game buggy when I want go through narrow place. Maybe make it less impactful when your movement speed is lower?
Just good job and congratulations on your submission!
Sound effects were sooooo satisfying. Especially bumping into the walls. Last level was easier than the fourth. It was fun squeezing through the tiny passages. Nicely done.
Thanks for playing! Appreciate the feedback.
Hitting a balloon against a wall is my favorite part of the game. Nice game!
Thanks for playing!!
Really clever use of the expansion theme here (balloons!). The air pickups and maze layout kept the pacing engaging, and I liked the simple but effective challenge curve.
Also appreciated how readable everything was visually. Bold, clear contrast that made navigation a breeze. Clean and focused, with a lot of charm.
Really enjoyed it! Although, I don’t want to inflate your ego too much… 😂
Hey, thanks for playing! Appreciate the feedback.
Also, 5 gold stars for the pun 😆
Stars, like movie stars? hahah i’m sorry, that joke was a bit corny. POP-corny that is! Which is what i’m eating when i think of a movie star, just realised that lmao
Fun game! Love to see a simple idea executed well. Very satisfying amount of content too
