First of all, I loved the graphics. Game has a really cool look.

I know other people have said this already, but I can't get past the first puzzle. As a player who is new to the game, I can only tell you my own experience. I had no idea how to progress; there was a room with holes in the floor and three walkways going across it, and another room with a bookshelf and a table thing. The table thing displays an X, so I assumed that means it's missing something, or it's a button that can't be pressed yet? I tried clicking on it, but got nothing so I assumed it was missing something. Tried interacting with the bookshelf, but that also didn't do anything. I then went to the adjacent room (the one with the holes in the floor) and attempted to cross, but just fell through the floor over and over again. For whatever reason, I made it across the first 2 planks once or twice, but I couldn't tell why. I tried going the same route again, but fell through the floor on the second try. I tried jumping, but there didn't seem to be a jump. Tried crossing the planks in different combinations, tried going over them looking in different directions.

Hopefully all that info is useful. I really liked the look and atmosphere. Honestly, my only complaint with the game is that the first puzzle is a bit too obtuse. Keep making games! I think you have talent.

I liked this game! It's a simple concept, executed well. And I LOVED the art. Looks really good. Keep making games!

Man, this is one of the best games in the jam. It's so original, perfect length, perfect music. This game rocks. Gave you a very high score, I have no complaints. Keep making games! I want to see more from you.

Thanks for playing! Appreciate the feedback.

Thanks for the feedback! I really appreciate you playing and leaving a comment :)

Thanks for playing! I really appreciate the feedback. I fought with the whole bouncing off the walls thing for days, and I ended up just having to move on. I agree, it needed to be adjusted/fixed. Thanks again!

This was so good! Art is phenomenal, game play is easy to grasp and the sound FX are excellent. Only gripe is that I wanted to be able to replay only the level I was on when I failed, instead of getting yeeted back to the beginning. Great job! This is a really polished experience.

So, idk why, but no enemies spawned in. I could move, dash and shoot, but there was nothing to shoot at. Not sure if this was a bug, or just me missing something.

That said, I really thought this looked cool. The gray color pallet gave it a cold, dystopian feel, and I absolutely LOVED the shell casings falling on the ground as you shoot. Very cool game, keep up the good work!

This is a cool game. Really enjoyed the simplicity.

Thanks for playing!!

This game has so much polish. It feels like a finished product!  I enjoyed this a lot, and gave it one of the highest ratings I've given a game in this jam. Great job! Keep making games.

This game was very cool. Loved the humor in the writing! And I'm impressed that you basically made a rogue like in  a week lol. Great job.

This game was so much fun! I laughed out loud and spent the whole game with a smile on my face. The cuteness factor is through the roof. Loved this. Good job.

Loved this. Incredibly fun and polished.

Thanks for playing! Appreciate it.

Hey, thanks for playing! Appreciate the feedback.

Also, 5 gold stars for the pun 😆

Well, for the amount of buildable stuff you have in the game, 20 mins felt a little long. Now, maybe I played it wrong, but I put out like 5 buildings and then just focused on keeping resources flowing. But I think if you tweaked the win conditions so it was a tad bit shorter, or added more buildings, it could be a really neat little game. Also, still got some of my favorite art in the jam. Kudos to you on that front.

Thanks for playing, appreciate it.

Thanks for playing! Appreciate the feedback.

This game is fantastic! I had a lot of fun with this. I was very confused at first and even wrote a review, but then I saw that you give a tutorial in the game description, which answered all my questions. It is incredibly satisfying to build up your little anthill and have them devour pumpkins, and then take out that sugar cube. And the art looks incredible! Great job on this one. Keep making games!

So, I don't play idle games, which means I might just be the wrong audience for this game. That said, I seriously thought there were some cool ideas here; I'm a sucker for unique powers and abilities and stats, so having the people you're hiring have those was pretty cool. I thought it was funny that you can hire an actual baby for $10 lol. I also really dug the artwork; I liked the corporate, paper like look of the UI. That said, I feel like the 15 min timer is just way too long to wait. I spent all my money in 2 clicks and then had nothing to do but wait. UPDATE, I think I maybe misunderstood how the game works, because I let it run for a bit and had more money before the 15 min mark. Regardless, the idea is really cool and I would check this out again if it got tweaked. The other features you wanted to add could round this out into a pretty neat little game. So keep making games! You're doing a great job.

Oh great! Glad it got patched. Hey, I enjoyed it even with the bug :)

What an awesome little city builder game! Everything works really well, and I love the little cars driving on the roads. If I had a critique, it would be that I'd like to be able to rotate the camera. Maybe that's a feature already, but I couldn't figure out how to do it lol. Great little game! Like this a lot. Also, very cozy vibes. Keep up the good work!

Loved this game! I played all 17 levels. At first I was confused, but then things clicked and I just kept playing. Perfect length game for what you made here. Good job! I hope you keep making games.

Had some trouble figuring out how to play, but after learning the controls, this is a pretty cool puzzle game. I'm maybe bad at games like this, but I found it pretty difficult. That said, I like the concept and it's such a unique theme that also fits the jam! Good work on this. Keep it up.

The art style for this game is incredible. I really, really loved it. Gameplay is simple, but I played a full 20 min game and finished it. I think with some tweaking, this game could be really excellent. One nit pick  I had is that I never needed to purchase another pen for my zibs. I think maybe adjusting the qty they can hold would help maybe? Or maybe I'm just bad at these sorts of games lol. Great job! Keep making games :)

This game was neat! I really liked the art, and the trees fading out as you go behind them was a nice touch. Biggest complaint is that movement feels very slow. But a cool entry regardless! Keep up the good work :)

This game is awesome! I'm so impressed that you made this in just a week. There's a lot of systems here, and they all seem to be working nicely! The only critique I'd have is the whole starting with 10K gold. It would have been more satisfying I think to get gold by doing stuff and then upgrading. Which maybe was the plan originally? It's a game jam, so I totally get running out of time to do stuff. Love this! This was such a cool little game.

An FPS game in a game jam is a feat that I can only aspire to. Great job at cranking this out!

It was incredibly laggy for me, and I had a pretty hard time with the movement. It looked really cool, but I struggled to play it. I also had a hard time figuring out where the skeletons/damage was coming from, so I often died from unseen enemies because I couldn't find them and react in time.

Keep up the good work though! Congrats on the entry.

Cool little top-down shooter in a sci-fi setting. Liked the environment/lighting. The sound FX were kinda retro too, which was neat. If I had a critique, it would be the dialogue at the beginning felt like it went on for a bit too long . . . felt like it could have been trimmed down and tightened up. Cool game though! Keep up the good work.

Wow I'm dumb. I just updated the page and added the fullscreen option . . . I forgot that was an option in the setup page. Could have saved people a lot of pain if I would have done that earlier lol.

Thanks for playing! Appreciate the feedback.

This is the funniest game in the jam. Keep up the great work!

First off, I LOVED the artwork in the point and click section of the game. Big fan of that style.

This game was fun! Very unique blending of two types of games. The sense of dread connected to the horror element of the game took me by surprised. Game ran incredibly well. Keep up the great work! This is a cool bit of media.

Thanks for playing! Appreciate it.

I actually just retried and had no issues, so the fault may have been on my end.

It's a neat game! Had some trouble with the movement keys, but I liked how clearly telegraphed everything was. I knew immediately that the enemies were enemies, and knew exactly which version of the player I was, just based on the visuals. That clarity is important and I thought the game did a good job with it.

Thanks for playing! I did notice this . . . just didn't have the time to fix it before submitting.

Thanks for playing! Yeah . . . That was a pretty big oversight on my part.

thanks for playing! Appreciate the feedback.

That's fair. I honestly would have wanted to have more control over where you move as well, but I was learning a bunch of new stuff I'd never used before in Godot and just ran out of time. Thanks for playing! Appreciate the feedback.
