How did you incorporate the given theme in your game?
Nadia was blessed with the title of Xitlali, a magical girl who uses divine star power to defend humanity and Earth. When the treacherous Geta Chaos and his UFO minions attacked, they threw her into the sky and scattered all her special items and her power !! She must collect them all so she can be ready for battle and save the city below!

The visuals are SO cute, especially the character's design ! I think the gameplay could have benefited from a little bit more storytelling, but it's a really good start !! You can all be proud of the work you've done !

I like the concept and the character art is really charming! I was expecting it to be faster and chaotic, tbh, with the whole "fall and fight off aliens" lore xD It felt a bit sluggish, that's all. I personally feel it could use more chaos and more UI elements that tell the player how well they're doing/where they are in the game. I look forward to see where thig goes in the future!

Very cool main character design! Also loved the falling effect on her.

Collecting the items was fun, but it felt a bit weird that some elements had SFX while others didn't.  The song was catchy as well. I only found out at the very end that there was a score system?

I also think the background could have a bit more feedback (clouds move a bit more or just a timer/object counter in the corner) to make it feel like you are indeed progressing. Edit: Escape is also a weird key for menu as it defaults exits the fullscreen first, and on second press pauses.

The album is fantastic. Love having a place to see everything you collected! Chill playthrough overall!

There's great visual design choices that bring out the best of simple gameplay. I love the variety of cute items and I want them all! The falling graphics and animation make it feel like you're doing something, making progress, and leaping into the unknown, even when you're not pressing any buttons and there's no items onscreen. I especially like the different character angles that bring a bit of life to the player's motion.

This game has great art direction!- despite having multiple artists working on different elements over a relatively brief timespan, all of the art looked pretty cohesive to me. 

It would have been fun to see more of the game description reflected in the game itself. Seems like there's a great magical girl story waiting to happen there <3

I also enjoyed matching the movement patterns of the scattered items and enemies. I'd love to see what a more developed version of this concept looks like!

Art is really cute. I liked the design of the character and the logo. I think some juice would help it feel more dynamic. The sky seems to move a bit slowly for a character that is falling and having  some more feedback when you pick up the items could also help. I wasn't super sure if I was meant to collect everything or just the stars at first.

The artstyle is REALLY good, but the game feels kinda simple. It has potential, hopefully it can be further developed on the future!

Thank you! :D We were short on programmers until the very last moment so there is definitely a future for fuller game mechanics once we've got the hang of it!

So cute! I love the art and audio, I think there's a lot of potential here! The mechanics are very simple to the point where its not quite a game yet, more of a concept. But the story behind it sets it up for lots of fun enemies (maybe a boss battle!?) and I think the speed of the character versus the items moving was well balanced. Great work, it looks like it was fun to make <3
