How does your game fit the theme?
You play as a groundhog stuck in a "Groundhog Day"-like time loop in which you must attempt to prevent a murder. Using your wiretapping skills, you must work to stay in the loop—information is your best asset.

Loved the artwork and the concept is very interesting. Great job for such a small amount of time :)

Thank you!

I'm not sure if I'm doing it correctly, I drag the listener onto the call but nothing happens if I hold it and if I let go it snaps back to it's place. Where am I supposed to place it?

Developer

Are you dragging it to the input? It should be on the output, which is on the top row.

Really nice art style and story! I couldn't find which line was calling at first, because my screen was cut off, but I figured it out after going fullscreen

Developer(+1)

Ah yeah, sorry about that. We were having some trouble with making the game scale properly. I'm glad fullscreen worked for you! Thanks for playing!

Developer

Thank you! I'm glad it felt cohesive to you!

This was really interesting to play. The story is great and the fact that you have to spy the good conversations to have the infos that you need is so cool. It was really satisfying to connect all these wires ahah. I just had a bug where a text from the tutorial on the left didn't disappear so it makes it harder to read but anyway, that was really enjoyable

Developer

Thanks for the comment! Sorry about that bug, we were working on the tutorial on the final day so I'm not surprised we missed something. Glad you enjoyed though!

Creative and fun way to uncover the story, and the narrative itself was quite entertaining! Vibe is perfect, and I like the insanity effects.

Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it!

this is very nice, I like the switchboard – I got most but not all the questions right — doomed to repeat !!!

Developer(+1)

Thank you! I know the gameplay loop is somewhat tedious, I hope it wasn't too bad.

This is such a fun concept! I love balancing the call management with tapping in to individual conversations to listen. I agree with the other comparisons to Papers, Please. Great job!

Developer

Thank you!

THIS IS SO COOL! Kind of similar to Papers Please. I love the story and hearing the conversations. Having to manually drag the wires to the right spot is a fun touch. One of my faves so far today.

Developer

Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it!

Amazing story and awesome concept. I was laughing constantly at all of the different puns and conversations. The mystery was fun to try to figure out, but in the end I couldn't seem to prevent Acron Gnut from dying, despite (I believe) having all of the correct answers. This is possibly a skill issue on my part rather than a bug, but replaying three times through the conversations proved to be as much as I was willing to do. Still, it was hilarious watching the insanity get worse and worse (especially with the fishes chasing the coin after I tossed it!)

All in all a fantastic experience, extremely creative, legitimately hilarious and well-written.

Thank you so much for your kind commentary! I believe there was a slight bug with the size of the answer boxes in the ending call where the hitboxes of the boxes would be slightly off, causing you to press a different button than where your cursor was aimed, so it could definitely be an issue on our part (sorry about that!)

Developer

Thank you! I'm sorry it was so heavily text-based.

Cool concept and I like the art style.

Just a bit too much reading for my taste.

I found the rigid-body coin a nice touch!

Developer

Thank you! Sorry the game was so heavily text-based, it definitely can get pretty tiring. Glad you liked the coin, we randomly added that on the last day.

My favorite game title of all the games I've seen so far. Very cool concept as well, love the art style!

Developer

Thank you! I know the title is quite bizarre... I'm glad you liked it though. Thank you for playing!

this was really really cool and really hard to keep up. I gave up cuz i'm a very slow reader, but damn if this isn't a really interesting game concept. Oh also I hate pixel fonts. Wish the fonts were higher resolution

Developer(+1)

Sorry about the fonts! We definitely could have done better with the read-ability. Thank you for playing!
