I think the sound design is your weakest aspect of the game. Also the level progression seems incredibly difficult. Everything else feels really polished, love the pixel art, and the controls feel pretty good.

Developer

will not really i am actually good with sounds but i cant make music because its not halal so i dont need to add it

Submitted(+1)

love the pixel art, but im unable to play it as its only on windows :/

Developer(+1)

sorry to here that i wanted to make the game playable on the web but i didnt want to risk because i didnt have time to test if it work on the web

Some really fun and tricky puzzles here.

I loved the presentation around the intro tutorial.  Felt like a nice elegant way of explaining the game mechanics.

Very cute pixel art too.

Thanks glad you enjoy

Another really good take on the “play with your past selves” type game I have seen in this jam often. I know it is intentional but when the other bot got “desynced” and I had to do everything all over again was pretty annoying. Otherwise, enjoyed playing!

Developer

Yeah i saw that a lot of games had the idea but no one i have seen made interaction with self like my game

The game is really nice, there is a good difficulty, I had a great time !

P.S.: If you would like to check out the game I worked on, I would be grateful 🙏 (In your free time of course)🙏

Really cool game! just feel like it could benefit from some bg music as well as maybe explaining the the bot follows your inputs, and not your position. But overall really good work! :)

Developer

Thanks for the comment and about the music. i cant do music because its not halal and the first level tell you that the bot will copy the inputs

I would love your rating to my game!

Developer(+1)

Very good polish on this one, really appriciated the tutorials, the different camera angles, and the speed of everything was just right

I wish I was more tuned to this kind of gameplay, as I gave up on level 3 - I literally sat for 5 minutes having all the information I need, but couldn't get myself to bring this little robot to the end :(

It was very refreshing to know for sure that the fault is not with the game, but with me - very well done making sure the player have all the info they need to solve this

Developer

Thanks and i am glad you like it.

Very cool game. I couldn’t get past the 4th level. But I like the idea and the puzzle design. Very clever use of the theme. Really good job with pulling all of this off by yourself in 4 days. I also really appreciate the GIF tutorials in the game. All in all, nice game.

Developer

Thanks I am really glad that you like it

First off all full points for aesthetics and the character really loved it. Really enjoyed the puzzles I played through. Really good implementation of the mechanic. would appreciate an effort if you could look into my game too.

Developer

Thank you for this nice comment and i will check your game

Nice visual and Sound !

Developer

Cute character, crisp movement.

I got a bit confused, how the input was copied, I guess it's the input not the movement. Already got stuck on Level 2 :D Fun game though

Developer

Thanks for playing and yes the bot will copy the inputs not the position

Submitted(+1)

Please consider playing my game, too!
I copy positions :D

Developer

i already did

thank you!

I like the tutorials; and, overall, the game has a nice idea, nice artwork and good sound.
:)

However, I really struggled with the main mechanic.
It wasn't clear to me how to get the buddy to move like I wanted.
Does it copy me on this loop, or on the next loop?

I ended up stuck on the level with a crate and a button on the ledge, and another button (that seemingly does nothing) right next to the spawning area.
Often, the buddy would end up just standing around, doing nothing.

Developer

so did you pass the level 1 and 2 ? if so then you have everything you need to know and please tell me more what exactly you didnt understand so i can improve it

Submitted

I didn't understand if the buddy copes the moves from the current loop, or if it copies the moves next time (after pressing R).
I also didn't understand why it stood around doing nothing a lot.
I'm guessing it does nothing when it runs out of inputs?

Developer

will yeah the robot will copy your inputs not position and when it runs out of inputs it stops. i think thats how robots works

I usually don't like downloading games to play, but I couldn't resist this adorable character so I had to download it. The game really didn't disappoint! The puzzles, visuals, and audio - it's genuinely a fun and well-made game!

Developer

Thanks i really want to upload it to the web but i could not risk for the game to be unplayable without testing it because i didnt have time to test the web

These puzzles got way too complex too quickly. Maybe I was missing something, but it was not easy at all to count blocks moved when running up against a wall. Trying to platform with that? Forget about it. It's a good use of the idea with a little too much dedication expected and a very rapid crank up in difficulty. The art is really nice and the feel is solid.

Developer

Thanks for trying my game and i am happy that you like it.

Nicely done, really like the idea of how tutorials are presented.

Developer

Thanks it take me so much time just to help the player understand the game with fun way
