I really loved the art, and clearing the map while traveling through time was fun. I just wonder how it might have felt if the enemies had hit animations — it might have made the combat more engaging. Still, I had a great time!

Cant hodit in doors!!! 0/10

This is a nice little game. I think the story is engaging and the mechanics are easy enough to understand. I like that the game isn't too difficult, though I would have liked some indicators when taking damage.

Great submission.

I loved the art! The controls weren't the smoothest but it never stopped me from having fun. Awesome job!

The visuals are very nice! I had some trouble aiming with the knives, which made me mostly use melee attacks to deal with the enemies, you did a great work tho! GGs!

The main thing that I noticed while playing the game is that controlling the character feels not that good, I'm very slippery, and often get stuck on walls or other objects in the world. This also makes it so the combat in turn feels off, because the player movement is. However I did enjoy the visuals, those look nice!

visuals are great! sound is uh,,, from jojo's i think?

your character controller is very slippery, and the character gets stuck on walls. Generally walking around your game felt very bad.

I solved a few simple puzzles, then ended up at a room that just killed me. at that point, i didnt really have any goodwill left, so i quit.

I think your big takeaway from this jam should be about friction: (Which means like, difficulty, hurdles between the player and their goals btw - not like, "slipperyness"). Your game has quite a lot of it unintentionally (slippery movement, sticky walls, text-dump controls), and it meant that when i came to a mechanic that involved intentional friction (i.e. the room that kills you) i  was already a bit fed up, and quit the game. I've linked an article for you on friction in case you're interested to read more

It is a very fun game ! The gameplay is fluid if a little unfair to be swarmed by drones when swithching back to the present. The story and visual are maybe the strongest aspect. The sound design was also good even if it lack some important sfx.

But like for a 1 week project it is very good. Thanks for making it !

Well -- gameplay was fluid, nice variety of enemies. Theming and aesthetics on point. Thanks for making this!

I got the King Crimson reference ah ah. This was funny to play overall. While being a bit confusing on how to win. A progress tracker would have helped. U.U

This was cool, I love the spritework and the combat! The bullet deflection was really neat. The only issues I had while playing were trying to get the player to walk into a 1-tile hallway, and the whole radiation room took me forever to figure out how to solve. That being said, having the controls list be a toggleable button was super smart and is what helped me solve the radiation room in the end. Great stuff, I look forward to seeing what you guys make next!
