Broken as hell game (because of scratch) but also charming as hell game x)
Main elements:
The art style is really unique and nice, I loved it
The audio and becomes really hype at the end !
The starting and ending cutscene were fun and well made.
Now for the less good part, the actual gameplay:
- First, I'm french so WASD is not good for us but in scratch you can't really do a easy remap so no problem
- The spider boss is by far the most annoying. The trapping mecanic is good in idea and the first couple of time but at the end it becomes frustating. I also don't think we should be trapped for just touching the spider (it should just be the projectile attack)
- The moveset of our character (a punch) could have benefited from a bit more, like a quick but less powerfull punch vs slow but very powerfull one idk. For now the only real decision making is when to go in or not wich can be fun but it could I been funnier.
- The bosses are for the most part cool, design wise but some jank on the hitbox make things a bit weird and a bit mashy. (I mostly spammed jump and punch to beat the second one)
- The final boss is by far the better (and funnier) because it is really simple and doesn't affect the going in / out decision (the other two limit your controll and make it so this ins't really possible).
So apart from some jank on the gamelay it is very good and it is either way very fun. Cool game !
FIrst of all, increadible game, the amount of love and work that has been poured into it is amazing The pixel art is amazing, the 3d modeling also very good and it is all around a great game visualy.
It is also pretty nice to play, the main mecanic is really good, it has so much potential and already a lot of clever stuff has been done (cf the umbrella). I have made it to the alien girl but I couldn't give her an instrument, I may have missed a lot because there is still a lot of objects I haven't used.
Even in this unfinished state the game was fun to play, the movement in the game box is on point. In the 3d world it is more unfinished, the mouse moves way to quickly but tbh it doesn't break the game at all. But a few collision error can ruin the game I think, for exemple I have lost the can in a piece of furniture and could not get it back.
Audio wise the game is great. Story wise for now the game is fun, the character design is very very good.
Overall great game, idk what I have missed or if it is the end of the jam build, either way, a lot of potential !

The gamplay tough. It has a lot of potential. The lack of checkpoints make it so that I can't see all of the game (gave up after 20 min of gameplay) but I do see why you put a speedrun timer, it can be very fast.
The visuals are for the most part good same for the audio (even if the sound and art of cutting the boxes were not the best).
Overall cool game, with some tweaks I might get back to it to try and get better

There I just want to say CINEMA
The game is AMAZING, it deserves to get top 1, I don't know what the other have cooked but this game will be very hard to beat.
EVERYTHING is great, the main mecanic is the best puzzle mecanic I have seen in a while. At first it is more or less a simple teleportation point but by the end (I finished the game, took me like 30 min) it has developped into something really increadible.
Massive shout out to the anti soft lock, helped a lot when I was making bad decisions x).
5 stars all around, increadible work !
Visual wise it is very good, the arm following the player are adding a lot of charm to the game.
I do think there is no audio wich is a shame but 30 days can only get us so far so it is normal.
Now for gameplay: tldr: Very fun but very unforgiving
1- The blue comets comes way to fast I think
2- overall the comets are very fast maybe it could have been better to have the speed ramp up over time
3- the big comets are perfect, we have time to see them and create a strategy on when to break them. Breaking them takes a bit of time but not too much, it feels great to break them
4- the movement is really good, jumping feels very good
5- The biggest problem of the game, the detection box for breaking the comets is way to small. For the big ones it is not a problem and for the normal ones it is ok but for the blue comets if is very annoying to visibly be on top of them but pressing the button like a frame too late and not break them. I don't know how big it really is but is should be quite a bit bigger than the character I think.
Overall fun game !
The visuals are great, the story is good and the video pitch is really fun.
The gameplay though as a few problems.
First, the controlls are intuitive ok but they are only showed a few seconds when first starting a run (I think) so when I had the jetpack I thought they were a button to make me drop the item or something.
The second issue is said jetpack, I think it is a last minute coding error but the fact that it makes you go up if you DON'T hold jump is really weird. It makes for a sad softlock when you don't know how to fly back down.
The third is that by putting a very good but very pricy item (god mod) you make it so that the player don't want to spend money. The problem being that without a double jump or a lot of jump height upgrade, the manhole cover can kill your run.
The climb back up can be really fun after a while though so I don't think the idea is bad (unintended pun) I just think that to enjoy it you have to play in a very particular way and know the game well and so that a lot of people are going to stack like 5 items then get softlock and quit.
Now for minor problems that I sure you saw after uploading:
- The escape button make us escape the full screen, so we have to escape the full screen, press escape again and re open the fulll screen each time we go to the shop.
- The collision box for the character is a square and so it is very easy to get stuck in places where visually it seems fine.
- The audio is way too high
With all being said, I kind of just talked about gameplay and I want to say it again: the game is very good ! (the visual are for me the best part it is sooo cute)
Extremelly good game. It is insane that this game as so much polish already. I played 25min completed a run and tryed an other without the pile drivers.
Of course I have the same balancing issue that being the pile drivers make the game brainless. It is by no mean not fun because big number go bigger will always make my brain happy but it could have been better.
In fact when playing without the pile drivers the game is very fun and forces to think outside the box.
At first I thought the theme was a bit absent from the game but the moment I realised that I could interact with the other box I was sold, clever stuff, even if for now you really don't have to do that to win.
The pitch is great, best one I have seen so far. In everything the art for the project is very very good ! Hope it does well !
It was a funny and cute game, liked the art style and as a french person it made me cackel even more x). The character is a bit slow but it's mostly fine. An other problem for me is the sfx maybe turn the footstep a little lower and maybe try changing the pitch a bit every time (it is easy to do in godot).
Nice work for a first game hope you will dfinish it and do other games !
Funny, fun but a bit too stressfull for me. The fact that there isn't any checkpoint make qhat would have been a fun low stress experience into a bit of a stressfull one. If I only had to retry the current time period it would have been fine but when I found out that I had to redo the entiere opening if I died I stopped goofing around (like hang up the job applicant) and starter to focus and that seems a bit weird for what seems to be aimed to be funny before everithing else.
I am complaining but the gameplay, art, sound, music are fire it is really a good game and so I would have liked to play it while focusing on the little details (like backgrounds).
I really liked the game, thanks for the kind words in transitions. I loved the art on the side and the gameplay was simple but still enjoyable and making me wanna continue playing. The sotry is also simple but works and the end was great.
It was simple but charming the only problem is the sfx for me some are balanced way to high (the one at the start of a new era especially.

I had a great time playing this, you all did a great job. I was really not especting a tower defense tycoon game with a time travel twist.
For me it is the best Theme implementation yet with 1%. It is really a fun idea that a steak cook is selling steak from century old dogs with a portal in the kitchen x).
Visuals are great, sfx are somewhat absent but music is great.
Gameplay is very good but the archers are maybe a bit to powerfull it is too easy to focus on one walll for the upgrades and letting the archers take on the two other. Also the customers are really great idea (with the day night cycle) but it caps the amount of money.
Maybe add an other way to transform steak into money and the game is a 10/10.
For a game jam it is really a fantastical game, my favorite so far for its creativity.
Maybe the best feeling game of the jam (at least so far for me).
Everithing is so polish it is extremelly likable. The sound design for falling is sooooooo good, the art is pleasing and the gameplay is relaxing. My few neatpicks are in the whole game looping after the last world, like it can be goood if the game was procedurally generated but without it feels like these loop on YT short or Tiktok (it is very minor don't worry).
HUGE congrats and I really want to point out the very nice feeling wall cling.
Maybe the theme is a little too absent on the gameplay, would have liked few lv gimmicks to avoid making the levels to similar.
But really these are minor thing you all did a spectacular job, great work !
Got stuck after the long climbing part. I really can't figure out want to do (tryed stacking the 3 boxes under the light switch but it was just barely too short T-T).
The dive into the shadow mecanic was extremelly good with a lot of potential. The bubble is also cool if a little inconsistent (and it is really easy to get stuck in the ground under a falling object or by diving in the shadow under it, but it is a very small detail dw it doesn't hurt the game at all).
So yeah if the difficulty is fixed it could be a good or event great game but right now I can't really experience the game to it's fullest sadly
The best design levels of the game with a similar mecanic I have played so far.
The game is to short sadly but still is fun. The lenght also is great for encouraging speedruning.
I think the best thing to add would be to add collectibles like coins. The character feel also a bit to slipery but it can be fun for some people. The physic with balls rewinding is also extremelly weird but it is fun so I don't mind. If it was longer I could see it becoming one of my favorite entry of the jam. Good work !
Made it to only 16s left, The game is fun.
Tbh the fun comes after the first two time period because before that you can just hug a wall and you will destroy the ship arriving before it can shot at you.
For me adding a score system and making the ennemy more likely to spawn next to a wall will make the game more fun
The art is for the most part good and I really really like that our ship shoot two canonballs, it is a great decision.
Overall nice game !
It is a very fun game ! The gameplay is fluid if a little unfair to be swarmed by drones when swithching back to the present. The story and visual are maybe the strongest aspect. The sound design was also good even if it lack some important sfx.
But like for a 1 week project it is very good. Thanks for making it !
Very nice game, I died right at the end (I think). The gameplay was often confusing not letting me combin and 2 times only worked after I shot at the thing. The visuals are great and I love the concept. Would have maybe like the screen to be a little bigger though.

Okay so overall it is a good game. The sprites are overall really well done and the music is enjoyable (but a bit to loopy, after 18min it was really starting to annoy me).
The map is wayyy to big. I think the game will be a lot more enjoyable if the good idea were a bit more oncentrated in specific lv. Like after finding a body you change lv. As it is you often have to do loooooong backtract to finally die to a hole you found safe and having to do it again. I also think the platforming challenge is not that great because it necessitate the use of the cayote time, but we don't really know when it is still active or not resulting in many failed attempt. The sprint button should not exist, as it we need to constently press it where it could just be a toogle.
I sadly didn't see the ending because I can't really justify putting more than the 25min I have put in it sadly (they are 126 submissions T-T)
The critic is fairly negativ but just know that I say it because I want to point out the things that are not great but I really think the game have some really good qualities.
The time travel aspect is sadly not something I can experience the game being to long / hard for me.
Maybe try aiming for a playtime of 2-3min when done optimally if you want us to do it multiple time (which I think is a good idea)
Maybe the coolest game so far. The gameplay was very very good and the replay at the and with finally the music complete was extremely satisfying. The slow introduction of mecanics was also very nice.
Overall aside from the visuals (that still works but yeah) and maybe a bullet visualiser (so we can perfectly deflect without losing any more ressources than needed) the game is increadible.
It also plays well in the border of the theme for me it is not quite enough "travel" but idk it still works.

The fact that you can create multiple clone is very interesting and I can see the game turning into a very nice experience. The art style is also very very nice and so are the sfx.
But there is some problems (that don't destroy the game feel just add up to sour a bit the exprience.)
First of all and it is very minor but happens to easily, if you run in a wall while midair then you will get stuck to it, also the echo is always facing a single direction sadly.
Second I am color blind and I can distinguish the two colors used in lv 2. It not a real problem because it is clear with only 2 platforms but if you want one day make this more of a puzzle game this can get pretty anoying for colorbling people.
Third and most important, the central game mecani is extremelly cool on paper but it is never used in a really great way. Most of the time you will do a platforming section and then wait for your clone to redo it so the door opens. It is kinda sad, maybe you could have gone for a more challenging room where you have to it multiple switches with a echo so it moves platforms up and you need to jump from one to another. Or be clever and use multiple echo and just lift every platforms at once.
Coins can be a great way to provide this sort of challenge and still maintain the cosy feeling and low difficulty of the game.
Don't take this critisism the wrong way, the game is nice and you should be proud of yourself to have finish the project.

Always love some Lo-fi cosy game. The game is great and surprisingly the visuals are for me it's best part. The bended and filtered screen is an amasing touch ! Sadly the time part of it was not really hitting so well. For almost all lv the other character could be moving at the same as you are and it wouldn't change much (it just added time before my death). Despite that it is still very good.

Really really loved it. I think the main mecanic is extremelly interesting and it must have been a nightmare to code and is the bes timplementation of the Theme I have seen so far.The art, although simplistic was cute and I really like it.
My only problem is that the 2 first stars, at least I think, require the use of the cayote time. They are sadly not very deep in utilisation of the mecanic. Otherwise it is a great little game!
Fantastical visual and good potential. I do think the lv design was a bit lacking though. For me the main room is a bit to big and I started thinking that maybe the goal as to kill every enemy. The time switching stuff was very cool visualy but I think it changes nothing gameplaywise which is for me very sad.
Apart from that the gameplay was still very fun and i can't compliment enough the art and the sound design. Great but flawed stuff (which is obviously normal for a game jam)
Good game the first few minutes but a really long one after you noticed the animation indacting that a spike is going to change side.
made it to 307 (was like 6min) the scroll speed should really speed up after a bit and with that simple change your game is going to get a lot more interesting.
Add more obstacle, a going to menu after a death button, and speed up the game over time and it will be a good mobile game.
