Hello,

If you go to Configuration > General Options and scroll down to Screenshot API and select 'DXGI', this will remove the flashing. Another option (if you are using Windows 11) is to change the screenshot settings.

Look at method one at;

Thanks, the first method helped. I still have a question, when I start the translation, Nvidia ShadowPlay stops working along with the translation, is there a way to solve this?

Great!

Oh, hmm. I don't know, I have not tried them two together. Maybe there is a way to add an exception to GameTranslate through ShadowPlay?

I could look into this next week, but it is possible that they can't run together since they are both overlay applications. I believe that it won't be a problem if you can run the internal mode though.

Yes, you are right, and I did not notice again. It's just that not all games support the internal mode for me, I just like to shoot memorable clips from games. Thanks for the quick reply.

Yep, unfortunately that's just how it is. But I will let you know if I find a way to let them co-exist without having to use the internal mode. Thank you for reporting this!

Thank you, I will wait for news.I have a small request or suggestion. In my game, the text sometimes appears with a slight delay, and I noticed that in those moments when there is no text on the screen, the background of the translation window becomes dark (black). This causes a "flickering" effect, and is a bit distracting. It would be great if in such moments the background remained without darkening (or at least it could be turned off in the settings). Not necessarily

Yes, I'll definitely add that as an option. Thank you for the suggestion! Although the loading window should be more 'pulsating' rather than 'flickering', so maybe it looks different on your PC.

Sorry for bothering you. I wrote the effect incorrectly, I just didn't want the automatic translation window to be darker when there is no text . I'll wait for a new option.

Not bothering at all! Appreciate the feedback. I'll add that option for next week's update! :) Thank you
