The collage visuals were such a good choice for building this dreamscape, and I loved the static in the BGM to add to that sense of unreality. That final choice gave me shivers (I picked the second option). Fantastic work!

this was just utterly visually stunning, and i knew that right from the start when you posted the background wip! the way ren’py has been distilled down to only what is necessary was an amazing touch, but the way it’s set up as one line for the creature and one line for the speaker – perfectly mimicking the slow, steady pace of a conversation where you must stop and listen. aesthetics wise, this game is phenomenal and i love how the writing complements it! i saw it as being about a toxic friend with whom you must now decide how you’ll define the way you see them; of course, i’m drawing very strongly on personal experience, but i love how there’s almost a sense of pity for you from this creature if you get that ending. that’s how bad it is.

i could keep gushing about how well these visuals play along with the interpretive, flowing and faltering dialogue and back and forth, but words can never really do the experience i had playing justice. i consider everything about this perfectly packaged and wrapped up; a wholly polished piece which is incredible for the timeframe it was produced in (hope you’re on the path to recovering as well!)

The sheer radiance of this piece's powerful, singular vision has burnt clean through my body and evaporated me into dust. I am constantly dwelling on this and turning the lil monster around over and over in my head. I am so grateful you made this.

wow... what can i even say? this was absolutely gorgeous.
it felt so... just- it was literally so aesthetic. i loved the entire vibe of it all and the conversation, the dynamics between mc and the creature - it really resembled friendships i've had before and hit home and it also called into question habits that i personally have that i'm working on...

it was literally so beautiful!!! amazing wonderful job <3

The art direction is phenomenal. I like the animation and the other-worldly feel created by the background. Everything from the music to the textbox works so well together.

The writing, I felt, was effective and thought-provoking. The idea of being afraid of what used to be a friend makes for a captivating narrative. I also like that we don't know too much about the creature and what the creature has done, instead leaving us to make our own conclusions from what's stated or hinted at. Even as I understand the creature has done wrong, I can't help but feel bad for it. What a fascinating game. Thanks for making it~

If there's ONE thing that your games consistently do right, it's absolutely NAILING the aesthetic. The background??? The animations??? I came knowing you'll get those down so well but I didn't expect it to work this damn good, great job as always

WAGH THE ARISTRY OF THIS LIKE??? Best background ever award goes to you for sure for sure. I love how you used the creature to make such a poignant argument about people and their relationships. And that ending line? Chef's kiss, I'll be slapping my legs and going "that's good... why didn't I think of that" for days.... Σ(゚Д゚)

The visual style of this was fantastical!!! I love the atmosphere you set up here, it really aids in the discomfort the main character is feeling throughout the entire conversation!

This was phenomenal!! I'm in love with all of the visual choices you made in this. I'm also very impressed by them (animation? in a 36 hour jam?) Excellent writing as well, really great work.
