Well done! I really love the idea of using black holes to increase velocity of the star, and that made game actually very interesting, and hard too!

Very well made game. The graphics are really nicely put together and the gameplay is simple and fun. I actually played this a few days ago but I guess I forgot to rate and leave a comment... Well here I am now lol. Better late than never. Please give my game a try too if you haven't already :)

This is a pretty awesome game! I loved the audio and the game mechanics. It took me many tries, but I finally figured it out! Great job on the game jam! (:

Graphics and sound are very pleasing ^-^

Overall it's really good and fun. The fact that you also move the asteroids adds flavour xd. Its hard to not lose all the lives tho (or maybe im just bad)

Thank you! I have changed the gravity pull of the black hole from a squared to a linear method in an update I want to upload when the rating is over, I think this should solve the problems with the hard controls you and others had.

Nice concept! Controlling a star using black holes is an interesting idea.

The gameplay works very well once you figure it out - it wasn't immediately intuitive that the gravity pull was stronger if you used the black hole close to the star, though it makes perfect sense in retrospect.

The visuals are very clear and nice to look at. It was easy to recognize the purpose of each object (though I didn't realize there were limited lives until I did, was wondering what the purpose of the hearts was before that).

The audio was good, too. I'm pretty sure I've heard the music several times before, but that didn't really bother me.

I liked the ending, even if it was a little abrupt and lackluster. Getting to join the other stars was satisfying.

One aspect I had a big problem with, though, was the vertical scrolling. The star got way too close to the top of the screen when going up, and way too close to the bottom of the screen when going down. Left too little room to react to hazards, and made it impossible to move the star slow enough to compensate for it (since there wasn't enough room to make a weak gravity pull).

Otherwise it was a very good game!

Thank you for your detailed comment, I will change the camera as soon as the rating is over, a build is already waiting for the upload. The music I have downloaded at opengameart.org (cc0), sadly music is not my strength.
