How is your game related to the Theme and Special Object?
Turret shoots annoying ads that drop down from the top of the screen. If an ad touches the bottom of the screen you play a minigame related to that ad.

Really cool art direction and I especially love the mini-games, you got so many implemented and it's super smooth. The pill in the bottle sound is excellent

Thank you! I think the pill bottle sound was actually a sort of wood rattling sound. We tried to think outside the box with a lot of the libraries we sifted through. (-The Artist-)

i really love all the ads part ! but the turret part didnt feel really fun to play ! love your visuals too  !

I tinkered so much with the turret, I really wasn't satisfied but I don't know how I could change it and make it better.

I liked the art and the gameplay was quite enjoyable. I think it would have been cool if you would take damage for failing the minigames though.

Thank you for the compliment and feedback! I'd love know on how the object implementation could have been better if you have any suggestions that is? This is the first game we have completed together (my sister and I) and I am always interested in learning what I can do better or focus on in the future. (-The Artist-)

We struggled a bit connecting the theme with the special object. We appreciate the feedback for sure 😊

Yes, I think we struggled trying to figure out how to make the beginning more interactive or more challenging. I suggested speeding up or adding a bunch more ads to the beginning, but we also wanted there to be some difficulty progression. It does get harder the longer it is played, but I think we didn't realize that everyone would just play it for a minute and then close out. It was meant to be played until the player's health ran out. We will definitely know to make the beginning far more interactive in the future.

I really like the graphics of the popups, but since the "base" game is super easy I almost missed them entirely! luckily I wanted to check what happened if you let the objects fall!

I'm really glad you did! It does get more challenging the longer you play, but we were not sure how long people would be willing to play it for. But we'll know for next time to make it more engaging in the beginning! (-The Artist-)

Thank you for the feedback. It does start off slow but I did try to implement some difficulty spikes. I tinkered with the difficulty so much near the end trying to tweek it. I'm glad to know that some like a challenge. Thanks for the feedback!
