I'll have to take a look at the block after the jam. I may have forgot to set some collision groups. Thnx for playing!

I found the gameplay really fun. I couldn't complete the whole thing, maybe I'll try again alter, but I did notice that the items spawn at completely random places, so the difficulty depends on rng. The environment together with the music made for an almost uncanny feeling. I think the theme could have been implemented stronger. I think it could have been a story game and the player would discover why they are the ONLY employee, thus fitting the them - only one.
Thnx for playing and for the feedback. So about the "lag". It's actually intentional. I was going to add a cool freeze frame where you could see where you got hit. But I didn't really have time for that so it's just an awkward freeze and I probably shouldn't have left it in. I also noticed that the camera was quite low during the very small time I dedicated to testing so I'm glad someone else noticed it too.
I have to say, the game is very eye catching with how different it is. As for the game itself, it was quite fun. I could imagine a whole studio making a parody like this with their own faces and such. It would also give them so much more freedom in terms of expressions... maybe even voice acting. Anyways this is a cool "tech demo" of what that could be.
I beat it :D. I though my brain would fry. I loved it and the fact that most puzzles had multiple ways of beating them was great. I think I found one bug where 2 things ended on the same soul tile? I'm no really sure. Anyways, the 1 things that NEEDS to be in the game for it to be so much better is indication on what character you are currently controlling. It would really help the confusion.
First of all, you beat the first 3 levels.... WOW. I mean really you are a gamer. Do you mean parry as in the shield? You could have pressed right click to do it lol. If you beat the first 3 levels without that, that is insane. The last, 4th level is there purely to just test my enemy code and see the limitations. It is not meant to be possible but I'm sure it is if someone would give it their all. Ty for playing and giving feedback :D
I loved the visual formatting, the music was very fitting too. A puzzle game presented in a unique way. Only problem was that I found some bugs. For starters, the guy who places ladders sometimes would get himself stuck between a ladder of his own and another Örming. Sometimes he wouldn't place ladders where I expected for him to place them. Once he placed the ladder in a wall. You can also 0lace multiple bridges on one tile. But those didn't ruin the experience and I still had fun.
2 things:
1) The gameplay. I found that the "farming" part of the game was gatekeeping the parkour. I enjoyed the platforming far more and you totally could have made it just "beat this "circuit" 4 times in a row to get the next ability". The whole idle part doesn't go together with the platforming except for the fact that being faster means your clones are also faster. The wall jump didn't have pity frames or they were too low meaning that if you pressed a direction key before jump you wouldn't jump and I HATED that. It felt terrible, especially when the jump itself had pity frames. Dashing off of walls was also quite inconsistent when trying to time it perfectly to be as fast as possible. For the positives - I loved going back to earlier "circuits" and beating them faster with my new abilities. I loved the secret parkour but I wonder if it was possible without the dash. I tried it a few times but didn't see success. Overall it was very fun to play the platformer, very unfun to wait.
2) The theming. You really could have gone further into the electricity theme. What am I playing as? An electron?? The upgrades could have totally been named "voltage" instead of "watts per loop" or "electrons" instead of "+1 clone" or "less resistance" instead of "clone speed"
I ended up beating it. I did encounter 1 bug. My camera bugged out when I died in the first big gap jump after buying an air jump. Luckily it fixed itself, I though it was over for me.
Very obscure to me. I think the cutscene would have been EPIC if it had voice acting. As for the game, it was alright. My main issue was that I couldn't dash anymore for whatever reason so I had to walk around at a snails pace. Upping the movement speed would be great. Also, this is probably because of the web, the game sometimes has a lag spike. Nothing crazy but would be nice if there was an .exe download as well to fix this issue.
Not surprised lol. The game is intentionally hard as that is just what kind of player I am, so the game might not be for everyone. To be fair I spent almost no time testing before publishing(I regret doing so) so this was expected. I totally should have added some easier levels in between, but I didn't feel like it since I only had 3 enemies not much different from each other.
I am happy to see someone enjoyed the music! It is something that I can never get right(at least in my mind) as I mostly resort to putting down random notes until something sounds ok. As per usual this song didn't turn out to be like it was in my head and I am not very happy with it but it's good to know someone found it good.
