I'll have to take a look at the block after the jam. I may have forgot to set some collision groups. Thnx for playing!

I found the gameplay really fun. I couldn't complete the whole thing, maybe I'll try again alter, but I did notice that the items spawn at completely random places, so the difficulty depends on rng. The environment together with the music made for an almost uncanny feeling. I think the theme could have been implemented stronger. I think it could have been a story game and the player would discover why they are the ONLY employee, thus fitting the them - only one.

Couldn't agree more. Ty for playing!

Thnx for playing and for the feedback. So about the "lag". It's actually intentional. I was going to add a cool freeze frame where you could see where you got hit. But I didn't really have time for that so it's just an awkward freeze and I probably shouldn't have left it in. I also noticed that the camera was quite low during the very small time I dedicated to testing so I'm glad someone else noticed it too.

I wanted them to ragdoll but that was the best I could have done with my limited time. Thnx for playing!

This is exactly how onions jump with 1 leg. It's a funny rage game and the super repetitive music almost adds to that.

I have to say, the game is very eye catching with how different it is. As for the game itself, it was quite fun. I could imagine a whole studio making a parody like this with their own faces and such. It would also give them so much more freedom in terms of expressions... maybe even voice acting. Anyways this is a cool "tech demo" of what that could be.

It's a fun game and I enjoyed it. The theme implementation is weak I though.

You can see the traps without the flashlight if you have a fairly bright monitor. It sort of defeats the whole one battery thing. Non the less it is a game and it works and you were able to make it before the deadline so that is awesome!

The gameplay was fun. The only issue was that it is REALLY hard to tell how fast you are going and where you are going to land when your only comparison is a single platform. This leads to a lot of confusion and when you get the gravity flip it becomes even more confusing.

Nice and creepy. I loved the art and music. Only problem was that it was super awkward to throw items. Overall I'm happy to see a horror game with a very unique mechanic

Nice little buzzle game. The gameplay was nothing special BUT the theme here was awesome. The king can't look in a mirror because there can only be one. It's so clever

I beat it :D. I though my brain would fry. I loved it and the fact that most puzzles had multiple ways of beating them was great. I think I found one bug where 2 things ended on the same soul tile? I'm no really sure. Anyways, the 1 things that NEEDS to be in the game for it to be so much better is indication on what character you are currently controlling. It would really help the confusion.

It is really good! The gameplay was fun, somewhat challenging and the controls worked out perfectly. A nice simple platformer game that made me rage.

Ok fixed it

Oh lol I said rclick to attack in the description. Silly me

First of all, you beat the first 3 levels.... WOW. I mean really you are a gamer. Do you mean parry as in the shield? You could have pressed right click to do it lol. If you beat the first 3 levels without that, that is insane. The last, 4th level is there purely to just test my enemy code and see the limitations. It is not meant to be possible but I'm sure it is if someone would give it their all. Ty for playing and giving feedback :D

It's quite interesting. I like the visuals and the sound effects and it felt like a little arcade game. Maybe I'm just really bad, but were there any other pieces than pawns? I didn't see any.

I figured that it was because of low hp, but it still felt miserable walking around the huge map so slowly. There really is no reason the movement speed should be so slow.

I forgot to mention that I liked the art. The wall hug animation together with the sound effect was great.

I loved the visual formatting, the music was very fitting too. A puzzle game presented in a unique way. Only problem was that I found some bugs. For starters, the guy who places ladders sometimes would get himself stuck between a ladder of his own and another Örming. Sometimes he wouldn't place ladders where I expected for him to place them. Once he placed the ladder in a wall. You can also 0lace multiple bridges on one tile. But those didn't ruin the experience and I still had fun.

2 things:

1) The gameplay. I found that the "farming" part of the game was gatekeeping the parkour. I enjoyed the platforming far more and you totally could have made it just "beat this "circuit" 4 times in a row to get the next ability". The whole idle part doesn't go together with the platforming except for the fact that being faster means your clones are also faster. The wall jump didn't have pity frames or they were too low meaning that if you pressed a direction key before jump you wouldn't jump and I HATED that. It felt terrible, especially when the jump itself had pity frames. Dashing off of walls was also quite inconsistent when trying to time it perfectly to be as fast as possible. For the positives - I loved going back to earlier "circuits" and beating them faster with my new abilities. I loved the secret parkour but I wonder if it was possible without the dash. I tried it a few times but didn't see success. Overall it was very fun to play the platformer, very unfun to wait.

2) The theming. You really could have gone further into the electricity theme. What am I playing as? An electron?? The upgrades could have totally been named "voltage" instead of "watts per loop" or "electrons" instead of "+1 clone" or "less resistance" instead of "clone speed"

I ended up beating it. I did encounter 1 bug. My camera bugged out when I died in the first big gap jump after buying an air jump. Luckily it fixed itself, I though it was over for me.

Very obscure to me. I think the cutscene would have been EPIC if it had voice acting. As for the game, it was alright. My main issue was that I couldn't dash anymore for whatever reason so I had to walk around at a snails pace. Upping the movement speed would be great. Also, this is probably because of the web, the game sometimes has a lag spike. Nothing crazy but would be nice if there was an .exe download as well to fix this issue.

Not surprised lol. The game is intentionally hard as that is just what kind of player I am, so the game might not be for everyone. To be fair I spent almost no time testing before publishing(I regret doing so) so this was expected. I totally should have added some easier levels in between, but I didn't feel like it since I only had 3 enemies not much different from each other.

That was fun and epic, the ball game was way better than the kingdom garbage that was in the ad!

Got no words to describe what I just played but it was great.

The music is great and the upgrades enhance the gameplay by a lot.

I am happy to see someone enjoyed the music! It is something that I can never get right(at least in my mind) as I mostly resort to putting down random notes until something sounds ok. As per usual this song didn't turn out to be like it was in my head and I am not very happy with it but it's good to know someone found it good.

I knew that as well but indication and visualization are things that I didn't have the motivation nor the time to implement. I will definitely work on those in my text jam. Ty for trying out my game!

That is awesome to hear!

I liked the art and the gameplay was quite enjoyable. I think it would have been cool if you would take damage for failing the minigames though.

Very goofy big head turret. I think it could be cool if there was something else out there to get you.

Feels very polished aside from the dudes sometimes teleporting somewhere random. Short and cool!

I loved it! The art is awesome, the music is great and the gameplay is a simple yet challenging and the story is phenomenal. Amazing job!

I really like it. It's not really a replayable game but a fun, 5 minute thing for sure!

I liked how the AD upgraded overtime and was able to ignore obstacles.

I really enjoyed the gameplay. Wish it had some music though. I loved how the menu and the credits also had ads, especially the credits!

Well I mostly just used the enemy animations as the beat and didn't really need the music. That being said I quit on the 3rd level(I will come back).

Yeah I can see the delays getting annoying after a while. Ty for playing!
