Honestly I think this is the only game so far to put a smile on my face. Love the choice for the topic, had a ton of fun playing with it and also a ton of fun finding ways to break it xD Thank you, 10/10

Really cool take on the theme! I like being offered options on what upgrade to take. At one point I was offered to fly or... fly!

flying and hitting the walls also caused it to get stuck and go into strange animations

Overall good job!

The music is super nice! Also Good job on the game :D Maybe a little buggy once you get all upgrades :D

Really nice work! Even though the controls were very slippery for me, the platforming was still fun thanks to the new abilities. The music was great too! One thing I think would help players would be to introduce the controls for the new upgrades when you get them instead of at the start of the game. Despite that, I really liked the characters and the theming. Great job!

The art style is weird but charming. I like the idea of the hard platformer that gets a little easier evey time you die, I especially liked that I was given the choice of what ability I wanted next. Great work!

Please consider paying and rating my game if you can :)

definitely an ambitious game for this game jam and has potential, the only issue being the backwards difficulty curve. Maybe have the camera a little bit farther out, reduce the slippery-ness, and only give new power ups after dying past certain checkpoints. good luck!

Yeah, the sliperiness was not present in my tests, it was not supposed to be there!

And you're right, the difficulty is all over the place, I made it really hard expecting the powerups to make it easy, but they didn't. I wish I had more time for the level design, but I run out of time :(

Thanks for playing!

the idea is pretty good but the controls feel really weird which makes it almost impossible for me to play without being able to fly.

Also could you please try my game?

Rated!

Yeah, I just realised the problem, I forgot to scale the drag with time, so in slower machines it will take more time to bring the character to a stop... Thanks for playing anyways :)
