Nailed it! Loved this entry into the jam, got totally sucked in seeing everyone else's mega bases! Thank you so much for participating in the jam!

A good start for a great game! Keep working on it after the jam

a good idea for a tower defense game, with 'expanding' doing well by adding things around the core, but there is limits.
that being said, I can see why you put limits, because this game is only fun in the short term, for about less than 20 waves, the enemies wasn't much of an issue once I managed to get projectiles in place, and adding more and more, I didn't have to do much, the only enemy that was a problem was the white wizard, but then afterwards they wasn't an issue, eventually, I upgraded so much that I couldn't see the enemies anymore, they were taken out before they could appear on the screen.

and to give you an idea, I've actually played this game up to wave 100, by then, all of the spaces were used an upgraded, and if I do try to fire, it begin to lag.

here's some picture evidence

so yeah, good for a short game, but if you are aiming for long term gaming, I suggest for tougher enemies or make them stronger as the wave goes on.

Very fun to play. Nice design. It would be nice if newly placed towers were showing range they'll have. I think sniper tower could use a bullet animation (or maybe I'm missing it?). But those are absolutely minor inconveniences.

Cool game that combines tower defense and vampire survival.(It would be nice if there was something similar to a storyline here (as John Carmack said: 'story in video games... oh, never mind, I won't quote it'))

Very cool concept, and very fun game too, mixing tower defense with incremental / bullet heaven theme but also taking synergy into accounts is a nice idea, with some polish I can see the game getting very addicting, typical of these kinds of games.

One thing I would suggest is making the "drag and drop" mechanic for the towers either more clear (add a tutorial, even a simple tutorial text that says to drag and drop the icon on the arena) or maybe replace this mechanic with a click first (to buy) and then click on the arena to place them. It can be confusing seeing a shop with tiles and a price underneath, which prompts the player to try to click tiles to buy them instead of holding and dragging the icon to actually place it.

Also, to fit the theme of "expanding" a bit more, maybe a way of expanding the area in which you can place tiles would be ideal, for example leveling up your central tower to place tiles in a 4x4 or 5x5 area instead of a 3x3 area.

Very fun concept overall, very nice game :)

Cool game! I personally think that making the defence, attack speed and range towers effect only the weapon towers next to them would make the game more fun and challenging but i liked anyway
