Pretty fun and definitely challenging! I've always been a fan of twin-stick style shooters.
The game is nice overall. I do like that you added the arrow to define the objective. Also the upgrades and the music/sound effects are suited for the game :)

A small fun game. Played until day 5. The sound design and bgm was good. It fits the game nicely. Upgared system was also a good addition.
The game got a bit too easy after the third day, it might be mostly becasue ı can 2 shot the turrets and ı was kinda circling around them so i wasnt get shot. But other than those enemies got a bit repetitive. Also there was a bug in the healthbar UI. it never got back to full even my health was full.
Overall it is a fun game, good game loop, can use a bit more challenge in the future but even without that it was quite addicting.
So I really didn't have time to balance the game, as you keep playing, the enemies will get too strong and your upgrades won't be able to keep up. It just doesn't happen fast enough however. I'm glad you enjoyed though! As as for the health bar, there are a couple bugs with it but it doesn't affect gameplay so I'm not too worried about it. I'm glad you enjoyed though!

Kuddos to you for making all of the art yourself! The movement mechanics are great, and I like the small touches like the white arrows. I was expecting for trees to block ammo haha. Also the online leaderboard is cool!

The game was fun. i made it to day 33 before I decided to stop. one bug i found was in the upgrade screen if your press A or D then the health bar goes up and down not the health value itself the bar fullness does. or you could drag it anytime and it would fill or empty. despite the days passing there was not a ton of difficulty scaling. despite this it was really fun I enjoyed learning about the mechanics. i think with a little work this game would make a huge difference. overall great game i look forward to seeing your future games keep up the good work. :D
I'm going to be completely honest, I never had time to do a full playthrough of the game myself so the balancing is probably a little easy lol. The hope was that the enemies would catch up to the player's upgrades faster, but I just didn't have the time to make sure of that. But if you made it all the way to day 33, I hope that means you enjoyed it at least a little. And as for the bug, thanks for letting me know. I'm guessing I forgot to set the slider as non-interactable. Thanks for playing!

Thanks for playing. If I had more time, the first thing I’d add is abilities because as of now the core gameplay really isn’t as exciting as I wanted it to be. I’m glad you enjoyed it though!

Yeah, unfortunately I still have school so time was definitely an issue. If I had more time, I definitely would have tried to add more enemy variety and I would've added abilities to spice up the combat system, which as of now, I'm not too happy with. Thanks for playing though!

Well done on the graphics for this game along with the sound and music. The gameplay moved well with the controls and the brief explanation in the beginning help me understand what is needed in the game. Great submission. Very challenging at the start, becomes very easy with upgrades.
Did you actually play until you lost? When you first get upgrades it’s going to seem easy, but the more you play the enemy gets stronger and stronger and your upgrades won’t be able to keep up.
