I actually really like how much I'm seeing story game elements appear in these games and grow more excited by that part!
Act 1 is really interesting here and I think will be my favourite part!

I think the town scene will be a substantial portion of play - some additional "whats in the town" could be really useful and likely something I would prep before running. In a similar vein, who's Morne (apart from some absolutely wicked artwork) and whats the draw to interact in particular.

Layout wise, speaking as an uneducated novice, I think the top of the encounter table could be improved by linking the brown to the brown of the mountain on the third panel. This would also allow the text above the table to be padded a bit more from the edge of the box as it currently is.

That being said, the first is something I would do as a Guide anyway, and the second is trying to find ways that I think could help!
Lovely work!

Thank you for the feedback! Story game elements are my jam, so I'm excited about Fatherfog!

If there was more room on a trifold, there'd definitely be more about the town and some more guidance about Morne, but I had to make cuts for space :(

I will do my best to incorporate some extra space for that text in the layout. Thanks!

nice job. This is another one that I felt like I was playing and wondering what was coming next as I was reading it.

I enjoyed the pacing of it with a substantial village scene and character questions in the beginning. Then the travel section. And then the final encounter.

What I really liked also was that after the first page I felt like I could come up with something even if I didn’t have the reverse side.

With the Holme character I really enjoyed that if the party seems to violent they won’t bother letting them know about the side effects of eating both roses. So good doubling down on his character

Awesome stuff with Ebba too. Really fun to have her reanimate if they harm the worm. And the way you painted her story in general was great.
good stuff.

Thank you! I'm glad you liked Morne!

Maybe my favorite art of the jam!

The colors are a bit of a strain on my eyes with regard to reading the texts and layout but I really dig just about everything about this one.

Thank you! I hope to get a print friendly version (when one day I have time...) which should hopefully be less of a strain.

Absolutely brilliant stuff, from the art to the story. Gotta run this at some point.

That would make us real winners! <3

Gorgeous from panel to panel, Kindle Catcher is quite probably the best in show!

It's all so well conceived - from the historical tale itself to the resolution and its bitter-sweet, uncertain, and perhaps tragic result. I particularly appreciate the push and pull that the mountain and water use present. Into the Fog emphasized fire and this turns that on its head. How often do you see water rations included in ttrpg adventures so integrally? Brilliant!

More than that there's Guide advice, thoughtful encounter spark tables, evocative locations, and a climactic act three. This pamphlet manages to fit all of this stuff into a really constrained format. My highest praise might be that while there's always potential for the density of information to be tough for a GM, especially a newcomer, to parse - I think this is pretty useable right at a table. YMMV on preparation and gameability but it's all here.

Great job to the team!

So kind! I'm tempted to cut down some of the info since it's really packed in, but good to know it's readable as is.

I really like this one, especially the colour compositions and how well the limited palette works across the whole adventure. The overall theming and presentation feel really cohesive, and it’s very easy to understand what’s happening and where the adventure is taking you.

I also really like the Mirror Game as a central mechanic. It gives the Lindworm encounter something much more interesting than simply fighting a big monster, while tying nicely into the story and the character’s history.

Overall, it feels like a really solid and easy-to-run adventure. My only real suggestion would be to make some of the key gameplay information a little easier to find at a glance, but beyond that, I think this works really well both as an adventure and as a trifold.

Thank you for the feedback! Which information do you wish was easier to find quickly?

I meant finding it in the sense that maybe some of the text in some places should be made bold to make it stand out a little more, that is my only gripe, for instance, where it says Mountain Hazards, it took me two or three glances back at it to realise that it's text. The orange background really overwhelms it.

Good notes, thank you!
