I agree with Charlie - the mood is there, very nice! As you have pointed out yourself, the game is a bit buggy. It feels like our little fish is being pulled to the right. After a while all the angler fish were visible and after that, there was no more food (or enemies)!

Good job on the mood! And a nice idea as well.

Maybe it'd be better if the anglerfish are rotated because this way if you always approach from the top right you can spot an anglerfish before trying to eat it's light.

A very nice game indeed. The sound effects were great, created a nice scary environment.
I thought the angler fishes don't move and went closer to get another blob, but one of them rushed and ate me lmao.

Very scary sounds for some very scary anglerfish(es?)! Also, I found myself being pushed slowly to the right by some underwater current
