This was fun and well implemented. I don't play platformers a lot, but it seemed to have some nice touches often left off jam entries, like allowing the player to jump just a hair off the edge of a platform. The in-air control was so sensitive that it almost seemed like too much, and combined with the backwards movement, it made the game quite difficult for me! The level design was good and new concepts were introduced gradually and gracefully. Of all the entries, I think this one took the theme the furthest (and the most literally, haha).

I was stuck at level 8 until I read MinMag's reply about being able to climb the edges of the screen haha. I also got the same problem of touching the door and losing at the same time and the credits didn't show up (I might have accidentally skipped them or didn't notice them).

The controls weren't a problem at all. All in all, the game was fun and I stuck through the end.

The game has a nice concept. It was fun to play. The controlls were neat. But there were three minor issues. First: Is it a bug that you can climb the black border? Second When you reach the end and the timer is zero first the animation plays and then you are reseted the the beginning of the level. Third: you cant read the Credits: backwards reading is not easy, but manageble. but because of the animation you cant really read it. (But can be also the cause that i am german)

Thank you for your concern and comment, and well in order...
Yes it was intentional for the player to be able to climb the black border of the screen.
the timer hitting zero seems to trigger the death of the character so you are indeed supposed to return to the start of the level, even if you already touched the end of the level and the animation started playing.
About the credits... I agree the animation was a bit much, makes it hard to read, not impossible but sure makes it hard XD

I was feeling spiteful to the game jam. Sorry not sorry :P

Fun and short game. I like that it had 16 levels, not too many not too few. I don't really understand why people say it was difficult, I finished the whole thing in maybe 5-6 minutes. I also really liked the ending where it shows the tiger going backwards, that was really fun to watch! Great game, well done!

Thank you for your comment, I'm somewhat surprised that you managed to finish it so fast, some of the later levels are indeed a bit difficult, or maybe I just suck, who knows :P

Was expecting to be frustrated by the controls... was not disapointed XD

The game is really hard but quite fun :)

Got stuck a while on level ! until I realized I could use the side of the screen to wall jump (not sure if it was intended to be possible)

Great job :)

Thank you for your comment, the difficulty curve, from my point of view as just the guy who made the visuals, felt fine if a little steep, so I'm happy to know others found it equally challenging without being frustrating.

And in regards to the wall jumps, yes according to my friend who made the levels it was the intention all along...
I was surprised by that too when I first played XD
