  • For a first game this is very well put together, with lots of dialog and scripted scenes. I particularly like the inclusion of player choice with multiple endings, and the twist at the end of the story! The use of a flashlight limiting player sight was a good way of increasing tension and making exploring the house particularly spooky. Hope you keep working on games like this!

This game was one of my favorites from the jam. Great work on the submission and thanks for being a part of the jam!

Pretty spooky, I liked the use of music! I also liked that I could skip straight to the ending to get the other two scenes. Good work!

Thanks!
I implemented that ending skip so it doesn't get tideous for players to replay the game. What if someone died over and over again and every time he had to play through the game again for 10 minutes. That'd be awfull!
After all games should be way more fun than frustrating ;)

This is really good for supposedly being your first ever video game (according to what you said on the forums). All of it was put together really well, but I could only ever figure out how to get the bad end :(

Thanks so much Carson :)

At the end of the credits I give you hints on how to get the other endings, shouldn't be that difficult.
When visited by the murderer just look out for "a way out" ;)

And yes, it is the first "real" game I developed. BUT I have a lot of experience in software development.
